I glare at her. A fierce, draconic glare, as she leaves. I leave her a short note saying The peace that I strive for is one where people don't murder each other over minute points of religeous and political dogma when pretty much everyone wants the same thing anyways. For millinea I have watched this, people fighting each other over minutae when there was plenty of true evil in the world... And I am tired of it. I leave my office, drop the note on Suu Kyi's desk and head to the International HQ carrying a list of recent crimes committed by the Ministry of Terror, both confirmed and suspected.

I purse my lips. "Perfect... What are you short on, we do have other stocks that I might be able to dig into..."

"If you have any chemical or biological weaponry, I could make use of those. I wish to increase my stocks, so I have an ample supply in case other transactions call for them."

Andrew can sense a vision brewing, and supresses it. He has been getting much better at it recently. He worries briefly that there is some sort of pressure building up with it. Perhaps his head will explode or something.
"Hello," Andrew says to Calithan. He is usually uncomfortable with nicknames, with a few exceptions.
A woman that assumes is 'Fen' enters, and Andrew decides that it is time to leave.
"Um... thank you for the offer. I will get back to you. Here is my number," Andrew says as he pulls a preprinted piece of paper out of his pocket. It has braille and print on it. He runs his fingers over it to make sure it is the right now. Andrew hands the paper to Danuel.
"I must be off. I... have to meet some friends."
If Andrew wasn't blind, he would have glanced uncomfortably at Fenitchka. He decides to go and see if he can find a rebel to live with. Living with an informant, while it might be good cover, is far too dangerous for his tastes.
Andrew heads over to Mischa's apartment. He hasn't been keeping up with the news at all lately. He should check in to see how everyone is.

"Of course you know trade in such weapons is strictly banned and has been for centuries... However I may be able to arrange a few grams of chemical agents for you in addition to some of the guns. How many cases of explosives can I get for one hundred crates of small arms and ten grams of VX poison gas?"

"I could probably give you about sixty cases for the lot."

I glare at him evilly. "Those cases cost $9,000 each on the open market. You'll have to do better than that."

I watch one of the people leave, but decide not to follow after him. It is better for me to listen in on all of the others than to go after one who leaves the pack.

I smile slightly.
"This is true. However, the fact that I already have ample supply of those armaments does make them a bit less valuable for me. I believe, however, that I can throw in an extra fifteen cases to the deal."

"That's a little better... Now tell me how much more poison gas it'll take to bring it up to a hundred." I ask.
(Bear in mind that VX gas is the nuts used in the movie The Rock, it is fairly rare and VERY deadly!)

Today has been a very stressful day for me. For on thing, I received reports that Valkoinen Joki challenged Ahriman and even tried to help a prisoner. I thought that his short time at the Ministry of Terror would have taught him a lesson, but it appears that it did not.
I am not sure what I can do to deal with this chronic problem. I suppose it is easier to kill the rebel Sayuka than it is to punish the white dragon, Valkoinen. Maybe if we kill Sayuka, he will understand his mistakes.
No, my public image is suffering as it is. I can't execute Sayuka. It would reflect badly on me, even if she is a rebel.
Instead, I will request that he is moved to a Ministry where he can be out of my hair. The Ministry of Education expressed a need for more members, so I will order that he goes there. I will also tell him that if he tries to help Sayuka escape ever again, I will have her executed.
I send this message to him and get back to my work.
The next item on my list of many problems is the FRA...now, there is a group that must be humbled...

"About three grams sounds right. If you can get more I can probably throw in a few of these," I say, taking another crate and putting it on the ground, opening it. Within the crate are four rocket launchers and twelve rockets.

I knock on the door to Lady Violet's office. "Excuse me my Lady, do you have a few minutes?"

The FRA, this would be my least favorite group. They suffer from some delusion that they have power when in fact, they are nothing. They also suffer from the delusion that they can bring about nuclear war. This is also a fantasy, since nuclear weapons are antique in a day and age where we have gods, dragons, demons, and mastery over manala energy. Even if they did strike a city, we could reverse time to reverse the damage done, then take the steps needed to prevent the disaster.
I have little tolerance for the American hubris of the FRA. If I were a cruel woman, they would have been crushed long ago. But, let them dream. There is nothing they can do and someday, all of that will become painfully real to them. Let them cling to their dreams of going backwards into the dark ages of capitalism. Let them have their glorious little fantasy that maybe, just maybe they have an ounce of power against us. Why take hope away from a long defeated...obsolete group. Red Infinity can let them dwell in their dark aged dreams.
And then my thoughts are interupted...
"Yes, come in..."

"We can get you twenty grams total, since it comes in ten gram incriments. Sergeant Douglas, go and get two units of VX." I state. He walks back to the convoy and comes back holding two small padded boxes. "This and the guns for one hundred cases of explosives and the rocket launchers... Is that correct?"
(OOC what kind of rocket launchers? Anti-air or anti-tank is sufficient description)
