[Blake Derosch]

"Hello, I am Blake Derosch from the Ministry of Peace. It has come to our attention that several members of the Ministry of Terror are abusing their power and causing extensive injuries to prisoners, far more than can be explained away as breaking their spirits. Since you are a more moderate leader than Lin-Sat I thought I should present the report to you." In it is a list of recent torturings, the methods employed and the effects on the people involved.

[Roland the Black Hearted]

"We have a use for your singular ability, Relentless." Roland folds his hands behind his back again. "I want you to find NiHato. She's the goddess of love, a minor player in the heavens, truth be told. I want you to kill her. She managed to stop me and Lolith from obtaining possession of a wanted subject. That alone is worth killing her over."

[Lady Violet]

"I see, well, I will talk to Kaschei about this and see if anything can be done. I have heard reports of these problems in the past. I did vist the prisons myself just last week and noticed that the prisoners are lacking proper nutrition, dental, and health care. More money has been allocated to their care at my recomendation. This is a small gesture, but should show you that I am concerned about the health of the prisoners."

[Blacksmith]

"Yes, that is correct. I will leave these two crates here with you, and have the other ninety-nine cases of explosives shipped to you. Where would you like them shipped?"

[Relentless]

I scowl beneath my mask.

"The Goddess of Love? I have no objection to that, but is she affiliated with Red Infinity? I would prefer there be no reprisal against our organization."

[Lady Blue]

"By courier of course. You can take the cases of rifles as you bring cases of explosives. And for your information we will be supplying fifty cases each of rifles and SMGs. You can take the gas with you now." I state.

(The FRA was manufacturing these weapons until FB, Ludda and Riku destroyed the factory)

[Lady Violet]

((I would like to know where you are getting all of these weapons when Red Infinity has controlled the entire world, weapons making and the world's economy, for 50 years. Maybe I am just naive about how underground weapons dealings work but I would like to know where some of these sources are...))

[Blake Derosch]

"At this point anything will help. Most of these actions are simply cruel and wonton. I'm glad you agree with me. I do have other concerns, but those can wait for another day." I state. "Do you have anything that you feel it important that I report to my superiors, or is there anything I can do to help?"

[Lady Violet]

"If you find the time, would you please pay a visit to Valkoinen Joki and tell him in the kindest of terms why it is a good idea to follow orders and to stay away from the rebels? Maybe a member of the Ministry of Peace can reason with him more than I could..."

[Blacksmith]

((In Blacksmith's case, he has multiple suppliers from all over the world. Also, some weapons can be manufactured in secret, given the right materials. His network of contacts is widespread, so he is able to procure the weapons he needs, albeit not without considerable risk to himself.))

"No, I mean location. Is there a specific warehouse they should be dropped? And I can take the gas now, the rest of the weapons when I make the exchange."

[Blake Derosch]

"It makes sense. I will do that at my earliest conveniance." I state. Also one dragon can more easialy reason with another, but I don't want to say that in front of Violet... Since I doubt even she knows my true nature.

[Lady Blue]

"OF course. We have a number of seperate warehouses, some of which are in the wilderness outside the cities to help prevent detection. Here's a list of their addresses." I hand him the slip of paper. Of course as soon as the explosives are delivered they will be moved, just in case Blacksmith is comprimised...

[Lady Violet]

"Good, that is all I need at this time, good luck with your efforts at the Ministry of Peace and have a nice day..."

[Blake Derosch]

"And thank you for agreeing to look into the problems at the Ministry of Terror." I salute her and walk out the door. I immediately begin looking for Valkoinen...

[Blacksmith]

I examine the slip of paper and nod, taking the gas and loading it onto the helicopter.

"I shall see to the delivery immediately, I should have them to you within a week, but it may take longer if there is risk of the transaction being compromised. Feel free to contact me if the delivery is not made in a timely manner, but I do not forsee any problems."
