"I agree that trouble is unlikely, but you never know... It's been a pleasure doing business with you." I offer my hand for him to shake.

I shake Lady Blue's hand firmly.
"It is always a pleasure, Lady Blue. Should you find yourself in need of anything else, do not hesitate to contact me."
I board the helicopter and fly off, taking a more secluded route back to my warehouse to drop it off.

Unlike before this time I do track Blacksmith with the SAM radar. I am more worried about the gas escaping than anything else. Only after he is out of sight do I show my anger. The deal was of course a bad one, especially since our manufacturing capacity is essentially perminantly destroyed. Now at the most we have a few years of 'soverigenty' left, and even this is an illusion. Now at the most we have a year before we'll have to disband and then we'll be no more than the other rebel groups, save for our battleship and even that is just a token against Red Infinity...
Now if only I'd 'inherited' Kolov's FRA we'd stand a chance, but my FRA is nothing compared to his...

((Story mod: The way I see it, there are only a few possible underground suppliers.
1) The FRA 2) Hagana 3) Random people that like to make bombs 4) Disbarred RI scientists and doctors, who will end up getting killed later anyway.
That's about it. Please stop pulling all of this stuff out of thin air. -Zinn))

Raz continues to watch Lady Blue. The more she sees, the more she dislikes the woman and her organization. Everything Raz sees is on a live feed back to headquarters. The reconstruction of the base is well underway, but at a new location, deep in the Negev.

((Blacksmith has been a longtime dealer with the FRA, so many of his supplies would have come from the former FRA under General Kolov. Also, "random people" can constitute a considerable number if you know where to look. I've already thought of this before hand, the very fact that guns exist means that they grant a considerable amount of power, and even in a society such as Red Infinity, there will be people who will want to take this power. Blacksmith has ties to many of these people, which I didn't want to go into in his join forum so as to not make it general knowledge to the board, the propensity for metagaming being rather high on this RP. I do have it worked out, I just haven't posted it anywhere.))

((Making a gun, rocket launcher, tank, etc. involves materials that one can't just pick up at a supermarket. Making a bomb can. People don't just make VX. The FRA was pretty self sufficient. The only thing they took from anyone else was Dinari Dollar's money. They didn't sell very often, from what I can tell. Sasha Kropotkin was an arms dealer, and he had to go through a lot of trouble to get things to sell. Oh, I forgot another source: Things stolen from RI. Of course, stealing from RI and gaining a huge stockpile wouldn't escape notice, especially when you are selling to people that hate RI.))

The FRA has been on my nerves for a while, and though it is unwise to attack them at this time, I can still "attack" them where they hurt the most.
I make a call to the Ministry of Economics and order the following:
ALL CAPITALIST ASSETS NOW BELONG TO RED INFINITY, SEIZE ALL ACCOUNTS AND PROPERTY BELONGING TO DINARI DOLLAR, ANNA KHODORKOVSKY, ALEXANDER CARNEGIE, AND OTHER KEY CAPITALIST CONTRIBUTERS TO THE FRA. THEIR MANSIONS WILL BE TURNED INTO RED INFINITY HOSPITALS AND ORPHANAGES. THEIR WEALTH WILL BE USED TO INVEST IN RED INFINITY'S EFFORTS TO STOP UNDERGROUND ARMS DEALINGS. ALSO, IF THE FRA OR ANY CAPITALIST BUILDS OR HAS BUILT A FACTORY OR MINE, IT NOW BELONGS TO US FOR OUR OWN USES. TAKE EVERYTHING OF VALUE TO THE CAPITALISTS, I GROW WEARY OF THESE GAMES. IF THERE IS RESISTANCE, YOU MAY USE ANY GOD OR DRAGON AGAINST THEM.

( I got on John's case earlier for not expressing enough fear of Red Infinity or rebelious actions. I told him that for plot reasons, this rpg is better when people exist in constant oppression. It is a hopeless world. The FRA's power is not in concert with the goals of the RPG, just as in the past LIF was not in compliance. It is only fair that I point this out, though my recent orders should remedy that to some degree)

((Actually, most of his armaments do come from General Kolov. I've worked this out with him already, they don't "come from nowhere", I DO know how to make a character, and I DO know how to justify their supplies and what they have.
If Lady Violet objects to his armaments, I can tone it down. I'm just going off what it was established that the FRA had.))

((Kolov hasn't been on in a few months. If this is who I think it is, he wasn't around when you started.
I insist that you tone it down, to maintain the balance of power. I am tired of people not listening to me, and running to Bassarov, expecting him to say something different. Ocassionally he does, but since I base most of my descisions on his rules, he usually agrees with me. I wish people would stop kvetching and actually listen to me for once.))

(Just tone it down a little and feel a very severe pinch when suddenly all of your capitalist contributers' assets have become state owned.)

((It was Kolov who first introduced to this RP, and he has been on, I speak to him regularily. He plays other characters, I'm just not at liberty to divulge which.
And when I made this character, I knew full well that the assets would be seized shortly. I've been expecting it since his inception, actually.))

I recieve a copy of Lady Violet's order. "That's it... It's happened already." I mutter. I issue immediate orders for the battleship to be patched up and to put to sea and sail into the largely disregarded South Atlantic where we will affect repairs when we are able. I guess we'll just have to pay Red Infinity mine terriffs like anyone else, or just steal the coal we are dependant on. Or attempt to convert our ship to nuclear, for what it's worth... After all our real intent is to hide it until it's desperately needed.
I briefly consider a "burnt bridges" retreat, but decide it foolhardy. If we peacefully surrender to their demands there's a chance we can get away with the ship if nothing else...

I return to my stronghold and begin making plans for the transfer, blissfully unaware of Lady Violet's ultimatum.
