"Umm... I tried my own search, but only managed to come across a rather insane neo-hippie couple that wanted to um... share.... I guess the polite word would be, and then I tried a girl that well.. it wouldn't have worked, because she was attracted to me, and her... advances made me a little uncomfortable. And then, I tried another apartment, but it was full of sand, and apparently one of the guy's mates was a Red Infinity informant... This is harder than I thought it would be."
Andrew sits down on the couch.
"Um, I guess I want to let you know, just so the advert is out there."

"If I hear that anyone needs a roommate, I will refer them to you. If you are worried about your safety, you could stay with Mischa and I until you find a roommate, that is if you can stand the drama in our lives.." Bassarov makes a note that he should tell the anarchists about what he heard on the news and Andrew's mention of him.

"Daniel, where is Roxanne, I was supposed to talk to her today..."
I read over the letter I recieved from Kautsky. I hope I am able to help her get politically involved.
"By the way, we should start having meetings here, Daniel."

((Isn't Antero in Mischa's apartment? I am confused.))
"Oh, um, thank you Mr. Bassarov. I don't want to um, get in the way or anything. Um... I don't know. It seems like there are a lot of people here, I don't know," Andrew stammers. He wants to stay, but he doesn't want to impose.

Lydia listened carefully to his words and nodded vaguely. Good, then maybe she would be able to help. She didn’t know how yet but she was sure that this charismatic man would be able to set her to work with something. She watched him excuse himself with a blend of joy and disappointment. All the unexpected attention she had been given had been both shocking and strange, but she had enjoyed it a bit as well. Part of her was glad that he left so that she could have a breather, and part of her felt very lonely now that there wasn’t anyone here to talk to. Sure there seemed to be plenty of others here, she could here voices, but she wasn’t particularly good at introducing herself and therefore preferred to avoid meeting new people. If they approached then she would be polite, but she was never the one to make the first move.

"Well all of these people are simply guests here, not residents. The anarchists should be leaving after their meeting. Which will be nice since Antero was making a lot of noise and disturbing the neighbors. But he has been quiet now for the last day or so..."
(he is asleep somewhere in the apartment.)

"Oh, OK. It must have been an echo then."
Andrew tilted his head slightly.
"Bassarov... is there another person.. um... you know, kind of like me here? I know this sounds kind of creepy. I know it always does, but um... I can smell two other people.. um, you know, like me here."
Andrew doesn't like mentioning the nymph thing. He thinks it makes him sound girly.

"Oh, I should have introduced you!" Bassarov smacks his head and brings Andrew into the kitchen. From Lydia's exchange earlier with Sakari, he now knows that she is a nymph.
"This is Lydia, she is new to the rebel movement and I was just trying to get her started with things. Over in the other room there is a nymph anarchist named Sakari Lehtinen..."

"Oh, OK... cool!" Andrew says, holding out his hand to shake.
"I'm pretty new to this stuff too... um..." Andrew says akwardly.

Lydia looked up quickly as the two men entered. It was Bassarov and another whom she didn’t know. But this one, like the one earlier, was another of her fellow nymphs. She smiled faintly when she sensed this and saw his enthusiasm. She would never have guessed that there were so many of them about. She had in fact only met a select few before today, life was full of surprises.
“Nice to meet you. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that there are so many others like myself. I am Lydia, you are?”
She arched a brow and looked at him questioningly. All of a sudden this whole situation seemed a whole lot more bearable. She didn’t seem to be the only one that was new, and everyone had been so friendly so far. Her fears weren’t completely eased, but it was feeling better, her decision was seeming wiser by the minute.

"So as I was saying Andrew, you may stay here for a while until you find a roommate. Once Antero leaves, I will clean out that spare bedroom he is in. As for you Lydia, if you need a place to stay, you may take a room at the rebel base, it is just a few blocks from here. I can show you to a spare room later."

"Oh, um... my name is Andrew. It's really nice to meet you. Have you met Helene yet? She's really nice too. I'm sort of new to this whole nymph thing, and um... I was raised by humans, so I don't really know that much about being a nymph. Well, really I'm only half nymph, but um... yeah..." Andrew babbles. He is happy to meet more nymphs, but isn't very good at conversation.
"I um.. well... I don't really like referring to myself as half-nymph that much.. It sounds girly. Not that there's anything wrong with that or anything! Um... I am half naiad. What kind of nymph are you? Well, you know, if it's not too personal a question or anything..."

She nodded to Bassarov as he spoke. The mention of housing and rooms bothered her. Would she be expected to move? She should have thought of that earlier, it had been foolish of her to think that she would be able to continue living where she had been. Of course she would have to be close at hand in case the need arose.
“About living quarters, I don’t know...Am I expected to move here, to Helsinki I mean? I prefer the rural areas more, but I can move if it is required.”
That was an understatement, she loved the rural areas, and loathed the city. But she would oblige if he asked her to move. She turned her attention to the nymph who called himself Andrew. She smiled as he babbled on, wondering why he was so excited. Of course being a nymph had never really meant much to her, she had always known, she had been raised as one. A half nymph though, her blood lines weren’t pure either.
“No I have not met Helene, so far I haven’t met anyone here but Bassarov, you, and a man named Sakari. I would love to meet her though.”
She smiled, glad to hear about yet another like her. She really would have to make an effort to meet people, she would have to fight her natural shyness.
“I have never really thought about what type I am. My mother never said. I suppose I could ask, but I think it’s of little importance. I am half-nymph as well so you are not alone.”

"Oh no, you don't need to move. Though, whenever you stay in the city and need a place to stay, you can stay at the base if you like. I would recomend it, since you would be safer than just being off on your own. But no, you don't have to move..." He repeats.

"Oh, um... I was just wondering because I have been trying to find other Naiads. Naiads have the power of prophesy, and I inherited that, but I've had a lot of problems um.. well... controlling my powers. I've been trying to find others..." Andrew explains. "And there are so many things that I don't understand, that I really want to.
Andrew pauses.
"Say, maybe we could be roommates! Er, I mean, if I'm not imposing or anything. I don't want to be rude... Don't worry, I promise I'm not propositioning you or anything, I don't like girls, but um... Well, I do like girls, but you know what I mean, or at least well..." Andrew says, blushing with embarassment.
"Er... I don't drink, or smoke, or anything like that, I love having lots of plants around, and I'm a vegan, but I'm not militant about it or anything... I like to cook, and I have plenty of credits from the college to kick in. They give me extra credits to find living space, because I am blind... and there are usually some conveniences like braille things that need to be installed... I can pay for that though..."
