Roxanne smiled weakly. She was still ashamed of being a vampire. Even though she met Giselle and Nova. Even though Dan accepted her for who she was. She was still ashamed.
"Well kind of. I just really need someone to talk to. Dan wouldn't understand, and I really don't know you well. But it seems like you would underestand it seems like I can trust you. Besides I'll get to know Dan better later him and I are supposed to go to dinner."
Roxanne smiled and for the first time she let her fangs show.

Post by Valodya Bassarov on Jan 15, 2005 19:19:50 GMT -5
Bassarov travels by train to the country school. Since it is an adult class, things are run differently than a normal school setting. First of all, it is much more independant study. The role of the teacher is mostly to keep students on task with given assignments set to help them pass their graduation exam. Bassarov assigns the work that will help the students prepare for the test, and plans a practice exam from next week. There will be a series of practice exams until the students feel ready to take the real examination. Thus, his job is much easier than the job of a regular high school teacher.
He works a few hours at the school, but does not return to the apartment right away. When he finally does return, he goes right to his room and begins writing. Unlike Zinn or Freakboy, he has not writen books. If he does any writing, it is usually small scale political booklets used to educate the masses. He would like to write a book someday, but has not found the time.
The writing he does today will be a small booklet on the flaws of anarchy and social democracy. It will be something akin to State and Revolution, but for a less politically sophisticated reader.

(To Andrew Kasher)
Elijah makes his final decision that he will join the Social Democratic movement. At least the postponement of meetings has granted him time to make his political decision.
He heads back to Andrew's apartment in Helsinki, but not to tell him that he made up his mind about joining the democratic socialists. Instead, he is concerned about the fight against Satsujin. Since his friend has the gift or curse of prophesy, his presense at the fight could be useful.
He steps up to the door and knocks,
"Hey Andrew, are you in? I was thinking that we should join the fight against Satsujin. The rebels were asked to join the fight but few have gone to battle...."

Ezra visits the FRA and is given the remains of his sister. He is a little upset that they went ahead and cremated her, but is glad that he was at least able to obtain her remains. He leaves Capital City to find Raz to go ahead with arranging the funeral and shivah.
(Raz: I think it would be interesting to go ahead with some Jewish death and mourning customs, however, since I am not Jewish, I would ask that you explain and describe things in your posts, since I don't want to get something wrong.)

I watch the baby for a few hours. There is just no way I can kill a baby! If that is what the Ministry of Terror does, then count me out. I think I need a new mission.
I leave Fascia's house and start walking through Moscow without much direction in mind. I guess I failed at yet another mission.

Gunnar was sitting in his small book shop when someone came by with the news; someone had set off a bomb in the local military station. 12 were dead and twice that many wounded. The explosions, though small in size, had been placed on crucial support beams, causing the third floor to collapse in certain sections onto the second, killing most of the officers who where in a meeting when the ceiling fell in. Gunnar feigned surprise, cursing in his mind that he hadn’t killed all the bastards.

((Sure thing Ezra. I will send you the info to you. Several rules about Shivas have been violated already, but I am sure that things have been adjusted, due to RI. FYI, you should be a lot more upset about the cremation.))

Tristen jumped as he heard the news of a bomb attack on one of the local Military Stations.. He quickly stood up and ran outside.. Terrorist Attack... This was unacceptable... He began to start reading minds of anyone who might have been involved, to get more information.

"Alright, Roxanne. I'll be here." Dan rubs his eyes. Now he was alone. He lays out of the couch, laying back and closing his eyes. Just a short nap...

After hours, when Gunnar had finished locking up the humble store, he made his way to the back of the dirty, dusty, book cluttered building where he lived. Past the small cot he slept on, the weight bench, he came to a small work-table where he began working on the next set of bombs. Already he’d set off more then a dozen explosives, and had more then 50 mortalities to his record, but none seemed to make a difference. It was almost aggravating.
Leaning back in the old wooden chair, he sighed out loud. There wasn’t any use with these small explosions anymore, he needed help, desperately. Sliding his chair over, Gunnar began scanning the web again, searching for someone who wanted to see Red Infinity fall as much as he, someone who had the money and man power to support him. More importantly though, he needed to find someone who understood Chemical and biological warfare. Gunnar himself was a pilot, and a historian. Making bombs was easy, but larger, more efficient weapons were beyond his skills. He needed a great deal of help.

Tristen suddenly got a rather suspicious mind read from inside one of the stores that just happened to be a few buildings down the restaraunt he was eating at not to long ago. He narrowed his eyes and calmly walked over to the store, wrapping his hand around the handle of the door. Tristen attempted to pull the door open but it appeared to be locked... He narrowed his eyes abit more into a glare.

Raine was halfway down a street when she looked at a news paper it said that someone had set off a bomb in the local military station. This intrugued her even more that one of thes attacks hadnt happened before.
She mentally put that on her checklist before walking down the street. She saw that kid who she had talked to earlier.
"Uhh kid...it looks like its locked..."
