"Fair enough. I simply volunteered because the rebels have done so much for us. Since we do have other business to attend to, perhaps it would be better to divert our resources elsewhere." I reply. "Do we have any leads on Sasha's body?"

"I don't know. Didn't Red Indfinity send out some announcement that he was dead. They do that when some important rebel kicks the bucket. Too bad we don't know anyone in Red Infinity who would tell us without arresting us."

I peruse the halls of the Ministry of Information, and see Iris is out with Meekers. I smile and approach her.
"Hello Iris. I'm glad you're comfortable enough to walk around this ministry. Would you like to have some coffee or tea at the cafe around the corner?"

After Hedeon spent some time with Pakkanen in the fairy realm, he decides to head back to the Ministry of Psychology to get some more medication from Lightmer. He hasn't felt anything recently, but just to be on the safe side.
He heads into Lightmer's office.
"I need some more medication." He says simply.

I step towards the door and wait for the nymph to follow me out. I am in my female form right now, and that always makes me a little moodier.

"Ah, I see you are back. I hope that the medicines that I obtained from our fairy psychological specialist have been working for you. They are specially formulated. I suppose we could up the dosage if they are not working properly at the amount prescribed. We will give it another week or so. If they don't seem effective we will consider uping the dosage," Lightmer says to Hedeon before dispensing more medicine to the fairy.
At least the fairy patient gives him something to do at an otherwise overlooked Ministry.

Bassarov writes some words on slips of paper and puts them in a hat.
"To play the game, you pull a word out of the hat. You must draw the word that is on the hat and try to get your team to guess what it is. This is timed, so, if the time runs out, then the next team gets a shot at guessing the word that you have drawn. Oh, and since this is Proletarian Pictionary, all of the words are related to communism..." Bassarov explains to Freakboy and Zero.
"We will need to pick teams then. Mischa, do you want to play a quick game?"

Sakari is a little annoyed. He's always had a soft spot for the Eternal Light, and considers himself at least somewhat spiritual. You had to be at the poker table.
"Someone told me once, during the revolution. 'There are no athiests in the foxholes.' The same is true when playing poker. Or, I imagine, dealing with a demon. Perhaps you should keep your mind a little more open when dealing with those who do not share your beliefs." I say. "Unless you're applying for a job at the League of the Godless that is."
Sakari leaves the apartment with Nova.

Antero decides to leave the city. He knows that the anarchists want to capture him and that they don't trust him. He takes a teleportation booth to Capital City and returns to his old apartment. A friend of his had been taking care of it for him and staying there, so much of it is as he left it.
"This is where it all began. This is where I met Sasha and Simona and where we all stayed together. That was a better time and place. Maybe I was saner. Things just worked out better."
He looks at some old photos from when they were all together. It makes him sad. That world of his has fallen apart. Now he is the only one who remains to carry on their memories.
"That man was a liar. Sasha is alive. He wouldn't just go and kill himself. That's stupid. I hate liars. If I see that man again I will kill him."

Despair is accepted into the Ministry of Psychology, but since that Ministry is not very active, he will still take missions from other Ministries as needed.
He returns to the Ministry of Information to track down Erika and inform her that his transfer was complete.
Long ago, he was more affectionate towards Erika. But all of his passion or desire was taken away from him at the Ministry of Technology. It was too risky for him to develop too deep of feelings for Erika when Zwei still maintained some control of her. His loyalty was paramount to Red Infinity, and so, he no longer can feel what he once did for Erika.

((Flashback))
My eyes slowly open, as I am surrounded by sillouettes.
Okay, he's awake. Keep your eyes on him.
The sillouette nods. The sound of a vaccuum breaking, and running water fills my ears. My body is slowly lowered with the level of the liquid, and with nothing to hold me in stasis, my head leans against the glass window directly in front of me.
I can feel... Energy. Manala energy..?
Open it up.
The glass presses forward, then slides upward. I finally have enough strength to stand on my own to feet. Barely. My eyes begin to focus.
It's awake, notify Valatovich. We will begin the experiments immediately.
I look around, confused and bewildered, my eyes now in full focus. Two men approach me, no longer sillouettes, and lift me up by my armpits. They carry me towards a table, and set me down.
He, ah, she... Err, it, should probably not be awake for this.
A pin prick, and the feeling of metal sliding under my skin. Less than a few seconds later, I am unconscious.
