Alister's back arches forward. In his current mindset, he feels no pain from the strike.
In one motion, he extends his foot forward, spins around 180 degrees, and claws back towards Kaieka, this time, aiming to kill.

"Hello, Iris. I'm sorry, did I wake you?" I ask, looking up from her kitchen.

"I would like to leave as soon as possible, but unfortunately we must wait for Eternal Light to show up. I haven't heard anything. Perhaps they do not want to help us. I do not know why they would not though, since any opposition to religion is purely on a personal basis within the anarchist movement," Zinn states. She is afraid of Antero, but doesn't show it. She is worried that he will try to hurt her. Even if that belief is unfounded, it still remains.

Post by Kaieka on Jan 22, 2005 18:29:47 GMT -5
The change is abrupt, and I wasn't counting on my attack having so little effect on him. Instead of him falling to the ground in anguish from the nails dug deep into his back, I find myself doubling over as long claws plunge into my chest. I look down at the wounds, dripping a dark liquid down the front of my already dark, black dress. My eyes then stare up at the wild-eyed, firey-haired man before me. He is crazed, and I realize that I cannot let him blot me out from existance. These thoughts are cut short, however, as his claws draw down and tear through the skin and muscle of my torso and my body, first rigid with the wounding, goes limp, skewered on his hands, and my mind goes dark as I lose consciousness.

Raz takes a teleportation booth to to Helsinki and walks to Mischa's apartment. She knocks on the door. She feels somewhat uncomfortable going to help a Socialist atheist who would, as she percieves it, just as soon see her dead, but it is forbidden to judge those who ask for help. She would much rather be in Capital City, helping to set up the safeguards against Red Infinity.

I smile, Meekers is so cute with Iris.
"Would you like to go for a walk sometime today, Iris?" I ask, somewhat idly.
(I have to get going, but I'll be on later tonight)

Post by Damascus on Jan 22, 2005 18:35:01 GMT -5
Damascus had taken himself and Set to the guesthouse whilst Lady Violet was home. He explained a bit more about dragon kind. He sensed when Violet left the house. "Okay, lets go back to the house now. We have to be there to look out for Hikari after all. Well, more like you do, you being her guardian while Violet's away. Me, I think that I only met her once, and that was to hand her a cup of tea." He laughed. "Oh well, I don't spend a whole lot of time at Violet's house, so knowing the people there isn't exactly high on my 'to do' list." He gestured for Set to follow him, and together they walked back to Violet's house. He opened the door for Set, and closed the door behind them. He sat down at the kitchen table and waited for Set to sit before continuing on from where he'd left off. "So, anyway, Louhi had finally made all of us. I think it was a conflict of interests that started it all. Louhi looked over all of us, and laughed as we killed each other. We hated the Metals for being made better as a whole, and they hated us because we were full of sin. The Jewels were mad, and, except for a few extremeists on the Metal's side, they didn't fight. "Well, I was with my Chromatic fellows, mostly because I felt it was my duty more than the will to fight for evil. Even then, after being created as a creature of evil, I had a good heart, deep down. Near the end of the war, I think Louhi came down herself, as a great dragon with as many heads as there were dragon breeds. One of Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, Red, Blue, Green, White, and Black. Of course, being the proud beings that we were, and being evil, I and the other Chromatics thought that this would only be another victory." He paused, and for a long time there was udder silence. Then Damascus stirred. "Hind-sight is always 20-20. Well, leading a war party, we went off to combat Tiamat-Louhi, whilst the rest of us went to kill scattered Metals. We had been slaughtering them for quite some time by this point. Only the Golds and Silvers presented a real challenge, though the Coppers' borrowing was a trick to figure out, they had their pattern to it. Anyway, I led the team to fight Louhi. Me, Fanlinglass, Gythoerps, Mhagjnil, and a dozen others, strongest of the Red, Black, and Blue. My cousin, Ashen, is Mhagjnil's grandchild. Of course, you can insert alot of 'great's in there, but you understand my meaning. "So, to make a long story really short, Louhi kill the whole flight except for Mhagjnil, myself, and Gythoerps, a Great Wyrm of the Blacks. Of course, Mhagjnil and I were both Ancient Wyrms. Just for your information, there were only a handful of Ancient Wyrms in existance at that time, and that number hadn't been increasing, and its about half of what it was then what it is now." He stopped talking so that he could think some more, gather more memories. Humans had trouble remembering things from the age of 5, when they were 40 years old. Damascus was about as old as the Earth herself, remembering somethign that happened only a few hundred years after being created was impossibly difficult. He racked his brain.

Sakari hears someone at the door, and decides to answer it, despite that it's not his apartment. He sees a somewhat stoic looking woman standing there.
"Hello there, are you from the Eternal Light? Would you like to come in?" I ask.

Alister retracts his claws, and Kaieka's lifeless corpse falls onto the hard concrete floor with a muffled thud.
He turns his attention back to Sayuka, and slings her over his shoulder. With animalistic speed, he takes her and runs through the halls of the Ministry of Terror, and outside. He pins her down on the ground and has his way with her.
He runs off into the distance, wherever his instincts lead him, leaving Sayuka behind, on the ground.

"Sure, I'll hop in the shower with you." Garret says eagerly. Everytime they are together A.S.S. shows up, but they haven't been around for a while. He starts shedding his clothes and when he is done he gets into the shower.

"Why do we need Eternal Light, Zinn? I feel just fine."Antero replies. In truth, the taint is still spreading and should be contained, but at the moment he isn't experiencing its effects. He steps closer to Zinn wondering if something is wrong with her. She doesn't seem quite right but he can't put his finger on it.

Linnea smiles and shuts the bathroom door. They should get away with it because they are in the bathroom, and there is a such thing as privacy. Grabbing a washcloth, Linnea rubs soap on it and finishes cleaning the paint off.

Garret wets his hair and squirts some shampoo on the top of his head. He lathers it up and rinses. While the water is rinsing the shampoo clean from his hair, he places his hands on Linnea's shoulders and kisses the base of her neck softly.
