Stalin smiles warmly.
"So nice to see you as well, Lady Violet. Tell me, how have you been? I know that this has been a very stressful time for all of us." Stalin says in a concerned and caring tone.

"Wow Illidan, you really are good at coming up with fashion ideas. You should be a fashion designer!" I giggle.
"I am going to go home and ask Valkoinen if he wants to go to prom. You find that dress for me!"
I teleport away.

"I am fine as usual. What brings you here, Stalin? Is there business so urgent it could not wait for me to return to the office?"

Stalin laughed.
"It is somehow sad that we assume that every time we see one another it must be for business." he said with a sad smile. "I was coming to see if you would like to attend the Proletarian Prom that some of the members of Red Infinity have been organizing within the Ministry of Education...
"Now that I think of it, I do think that the name 'Ministry of Education and Culture' would suit it best, as they do handle many cultural aspects of life within Red Infinity."

"Uh wait...I didn't get your dress size..." Illidan calls out to Krupskaya before she leaves. It is too late.
"Kaieka is right about me. Everyone is right about me. I am a total weakling. I shouldn't think like this since what does it matter? These gender role standards should be abolished!!" He claps his hands together. "But, I'm not going to worry about that right now! I have a mission. It's shopping time."
He leaves the Ministry of Education. "My guess is that she is a size three."

"I don't think I will be able to attend the prolatarian prom, and if I do, I will attend alone. And sorry that I assumed that, but, most everyone who visits me comes on business."
"I will consider the name change."

I walk up to Valkoinen, who I left at home today.
"Valkoinen, the Ministry of Education is having a prom this Friday. Do you want to go with me?"

Noe nods slowly. "Far be it from me to disrespect the appointed representative of our secret police. Oh," he adds as Simon walks out of his office, "And give Herod my reguards when you return."

"Thank you, and don't worry about the assumption. Also, on a side note, I was merely asking if you would like to attend, not necessarily with me. I am still loyal to my wife, may she rest in peace." Stalin said, leaving out the fact that his wife commited suicide.
He still blames himself for that, despite the fact it's ancient history - even if you don't count the 600 years he travelled into the future. As he mentions his wife, he does think about her death and finding her with the note... he just hoped Violet wasn't reading his thoughts.
"I like your house. It has a quaint charm to it with a nice oriental touch." he said, changing the subject.

"If I am not too busy, I might make an appearance. We shall see."
I turn my attention to my house, which although spotless, appears to be a disaster to me. "Oh, yes, sorry it is such a mess. I was not expecting company."

Stalin is surprised that Violet thinks her house to be a mess. Stalin can't see the floor in his room, it is so piled with old papers, unwashed clothes and other things he had not gotten around too. The rest of his dacha was relatively organized, but still nowhere near the meticulously neat and organized fashion of Lady Violet's home.
"I do not think it to be a mess, my lady." Stalin says, quirking a brow. "In fact... it is the exact opposite - spick and span. Who does your housework? Whoever it is does a magnificent job." he says, unaware that it is none other than Violet herself.

"Oh..I do my own cleaning. I do have some guests in my house who help out with that, but, it is mostly my own doing."

"Oh! Well you do a marvelous job." Stalin said with a smile. Despite the fact he had just finished two Krispy Kreme donuts, he was still hungry.
"So, Lady Violet, have you eaten already?"

Bassarov sits in his room writing. The words flow and he does not stop, even though it is choppy and in serious need of revision. He does not regret the revolution but he does regret that things turned out as they did. Things were not supposed to go that way this time. The revolution was international, though unevenly supported. Capitalism was harder to defeat in some regions which had a stronger and longer history of it.

"I have, but if you are hungry I have some left over rice and sea cucumbers in the refridgerator."
