"Yeah I haven't either, just hanging around in the metro. I guess I really haven't been needed since Zwei and it seems that I have been replaced." Kaze said with a somewhat sad tone to her voice.

"Yeah I know baseball, and American-rules football, but I have never actually played either. If you want to play sometime I'd be glad to." I say. WHen he talks about watching the apartment I say "If you want some company I'm having Amy Smith keep an eye on the base for me whilst I am gone."

Andrew laughs. There is something oddly beautiful and inhuman about his laughter. It doesn't seem to have a gender. It lacks the ordinary bass of a male laugh, but it isn't high enough to be female.
"I don't think I'd fare very well in American football. I'm a lot stronger than I look, but I'm not very heavy... I mean... I prefer normal football. Or, er... that wasn't a nice thing to say, it's not what I meant. I mean I prefer the kind of football that isn't American.... soccer," Andrew says. He isn't used to saying soccer, and the unfamiliarity shows in his voice. "I'd probably get flung halfway across the American-style football field."

I smile a bit. "I wasn't talking about playing football, I meant baseball." I sit down in the living room and try to resist the urge to smoke. "Why don't you tell me about yourself. I mean you've been in the movement for almost as long as I have and I barely know you."

"Yeah, enjoy is a good word." Frank said, sipping his drink. The phone rang and Frank remained silent as she was on it. When she hung up, he looked up at her.
"Who was that?" he asked, sipping his drink again.

Freak Boy coughs slightly, a seeming mix between a cough and a laugh. He blinks a few times then exhales the joint's smoke.
"Dude, you need to chill out..." Freak Boy said, leaning back and taking a relaxed position. "There's nothing wrong with smoking pot, dude. Hash is good for you..."

Peron was having a field day trying to help with the repairs. He spent his time coordinating the mechanics, assisting in manual labor, etc. etc. This was frustrating for him, as he always considered himself to be ruling class in the end. When the FRA wins, he pictures himself in a large mansion with many servants, so this manual labor irked him slightly.
Aside from manual labor, he was also preforming mechanic work and assisting new mechanics. One of the new mechanics just blew up a boiler...
"¡Idiota! ¡Idiota! Idiota!" Peron shouted, smacking the man upside the head and then shaking him.
"¡Cuál el infierno casi es incorrecto con tu?! Tu nos consiguió matados todo! ¡Es usted tan incompetant que usted no sabe que el aceite es MUY ALTAMENTE FLAMABLE!! ¡Idiota! ¡ESTÚPIDO IDIOTA! ¡Salga de mis vistas!!"
Translation: "Idiot! Idiot! What the hell is wrong with you?!You almost got us all killed! Are you so incompetant that you don't know oil is VERY HIGHLY FLAMABLE!! Idiot! STUPID Idiot! Get out of my sights!!"

"Oh um... well... I am getting my undergrad in music from Helsinki University... I know it's Red Infinity run, but the music program is great. I mean... OK, learning all of those stupid odes to Violet are kind of annoying, but it's worth it. I was taking psychology for a while, but I decided to drop it. I'm not much of a people person, and I really prefer music.... I play the cello, the guitar, and the piano primarily, but I also know how to play most kinds of instruments. It's kind of a knack I have, I guess..." Andrew says uncomfortably. He doesn't like being put on the spot.
"I'm vegan, and I love to cook, I love baseball, and of course, I love music. I dunno. I also love reading. Braille books take up a lot more space than normal books, which can be a bit of a pain, especially since many of the books I own are banned, so its not like I can go to the library for them or anything... That's about it. I'm a pretty boring person compared to a lot of the people here. I'm only 21. I've never seen a revolution, or anything like that. I grew up on a communal farm with my parents in New Zealand."

"Well I'm only 19 so don't worry... And I can't play an instrument though Valodya at least used to play the violin. I grew up in a number of outposts in North America, usually rather impoverished and forced to live off of stale bread and rotting meat, that is until Kolov started using me personally..." At this point I am no longer able to deny myself, and I light my cigarette.

Bassarov can hear the people in the living room, but remains in his room writing and thinking about the revolution. He almost has another chapter done.

"Oh," Andrew says. He really doesn't know how to respond to that at all. He doesn't want to apologize, since people usually get offended when he does that, even though he tends to have an urge to apologize for everything, since he tries to be as polite as possible. He decides that the best he can do is to not comment on Zero's cigarette. He doesn't mention his stay in mental facilities, when the doctors thought his visions were schitzophrenic hallucinations, getting mocked in high school for being gay, or why he is blind. There are some things that he doesn't want to share. Andrew is a very private person. He also doesn't like to dwell on negative things.
"I know you aren't that interested in vegan food, but if you like, I could teach you how to play an instrument. I really don't have that much to do. I mean, I want to help with the revolutionary socialist movement, but I don't seem to do much other than get kidnapped and stutter my way out of doing anything useful. I... well..., it kind of sucks."
((Sorry if I am slow posting back. I am looking at colleges.))

"I think you might be good with a percussion instrument. Do you prefer classical, or more contemporary music?" Andrew asks.

"I only really like classical. Valodya and I went to the orchestra... once..." I say as I struggle to bury the bad memories that go with that.
