"Find my family? What do you mean," Freak Boy asked, confused. His family died a long time ago.

"There are plenty of angels here, maybe you can find some relatives." Elijah says to Linnea.
The fish continues to speak to Freakboy.
"Your family is the universe, Freakboy."

"I'm here to find the universe?" he asked, more confused than ever.

"That is the purpose of all humans. All humans exist to find community with one another and with the universe. In an attempt to do this, they build relationships with others and with the world around them. That is what it is to be human." The fish explains to Freakboy.

"So, to be human is to want compassion?" Freak Boy was still confused, but trying to grasp the wisdom of the fish... ok, wisdom of the fish. That just sounds funny.

"This fish is too deep for me. Maybe we need a shallower fish." Garret suggests. He casts another line this time closer to shore.

"To be human is to be alone. It is to be above and apart from the rest of the universe and from other humans. The purpose of human existance to to escape the egoism of human experience and find oneness or unity with others and with the world. You are a socialist, this is a set of ideas that seeks that goal. It seeks to establish the unity, equality, and brotherhood of humankind. But there are other beliefs to this end as well. It is the end of most beliefs. It is the one truth." The fish explains.

"Ok, now you're just making my head hurt, but I think I understand... so, I'm on the right path?"

"I can not say. When you fight life and fight others you stray. But so long as you try to find your family...that is, your oneness with the universe and humanity, you are on the right path." The wisdom fish replies.
"To find oneness, you must build the human community and help your fellow man. But you will not know true oneness until death, for that is when you lose all sense of yourself at last. You must lose your sense of self. That is the goal of life. To do this, you must act "selflessly" in all things."

"So I am on the right track, just not there yet." Freak Boy says to himself. "Thank you, Mr. Fish, you've been a great help."

"Good luck, Freakboy." The fish jumps back into the water, and with a splash, he is lone gone.
"That was interesting." Elijah says in response to the fishy conversation.
"We should catch another."

"You made two jump in the boat, let's see what they have to say." Freak Boy said.

"Oh yes, I forgot about those two, how absent minded of me." Elijah turns back to the fish in the boat. One is blue and the other is orange. He never liked the colour orange so he talks to the blue fish.
"Hello blue fish, will there ever be world peace?"

The blue fish pauses and responds.
"In one way or another, yes."

"It depends. Peace acquired by war is hardly peace at all, since there will always be those who are loyal to the brave who were killed for the sake of peace." the fish said.
(Oh... I thought I was going to be the fish this time. lol)
