"I thought we agreed last night that you weren't going to bring them up like this. I know you don't like them but you could at least respect them. You just don't respect that part of me, and it really makes me angry." I say, raising my tone.
I run my hand through Antero's hair while I scold Sasha for bringing it up.
"This weekend I am going to a pot luck and bible study at Jeremy's house. Antero can come if he likes. He doesn't always have to spend his days with Ian and the rest of your terrorist pals."

"That sounds great, I thoroughly enjoy slaying religious rebels." Hedeon replies. "They're so boring and two dimensional, being killed is probably the only excitement they ever had in their meaningless existences."

"Religion is boring. Too many rules." Antero yawns. He likes when Simona and Sasha fight since they give him more attention. He likes attention.

I stifle a laugh.
"I try to be respectful of the religious. I feel sorry for them. Killing them is showing them mercy. My mother was a priestess. She would have been better off being killed than actually meeting the God she so foolishly put her faith in."
++++
My expression becomes dark and thoughtful as I think of my mother.
"Religion f**ks with people's minds and their sense of the universe. That's what happened to my mother. Gods don't really exist, they are created."
++++++
I walk out the door adding nothing more to that conversation.

I kiss Antero's cheek.
I wince when she mentions Jeremy.
"Hey, at least my friends get things done instead of sitting around a fire and getting in touch with their inner child. Maybe your friends should get in touch with their outer adults."
I rub Antero's tummy.
"I'll bring my mandolin and we can all sing kumbaya."

Antero laughs at Sasha's comments. He relaxes and allows Sasha and Simona to do what they want with him. He is used to this. He never really liked guys before meeting Sasha, but since they assured him that sexuality was anarchistic, he threw away his old thoughts and rules to fit in.

Kith never really spoke to Sasha about his past, and Hedeon feels a little strange that he's deciding to do so right now. Maybe he's trying to tell Hedeon that he really does feel guilty for killing Sasha.
"That must have been tough." Hedeon replies, showing his first sense of sympathy to anyone that he's ever met. He decides not to pursue it, since Kith seems uncomfortable with the subject.
"Although I never thought I'd hear someone who hunts the religious to be respectful of their prey."

"They are fine people Sasha. They do plenty of good in the world. They help those in need for one thing."
Frustrated with Sasha, I kiss Antero to tune him out.
"Don't listen to Sasha, Antero. He was raised by Red Infinity to hate religion. Some of his old ways die hard." I explain to Antero, before kissing him again and running my hand down his body.

I run my leg up inbetween Antero's legs, and run my hand through his hair.
"Simona... I told you never to bring that up in front of Antero... And I want nothing to do with Red Infinity other than the credit for their imminent destruction."

"It is different for me. My father is a God. I pity mother and the people who follow him. Killing the religious is a mercy killing in some cases. The faithful die happy in their delusion. It is better that they die thinking they will go to some better place than learning that there is none and that their God is just a powerful rapist."

"I can teleport us to Utah if you like. "

"You worked for Red Infinity, Sasha? I had no idea. Well at least you left them. Where did you work and what did you do?" Antero asks with sudden curiousity. His heart races as Simona and Sasha touch him. He closes his eyes and gasps.

Hedeon doesn't like the notion of showing those you're about to kill mercy, and can see why Kith was purged. It also reminds him of Sasha.
"By all means."

"If you can berrate my religion, I think your past with Red Infinity is fair game, Sasha Kropotkin." I say sternly.
I kiss down Antero's chest and stomach.

I teleport us to Utah.
"So that is why I work for the Ministry of Terror rather than the League of the Godless. I feel satisfaction killing political rebels. I feel anger killing the religious. Not out of injustice, but anger that they are so thouroughly fooled by religion."
+++++
We start looking for the underground group of Mormons who are said to now meet in the basement of a run down Piggly Wiggly.

"Okay, fine, but they tried to kill me, so what does that tell you about my relationship with them?" I reply getting increasingly worked up about this. I nibble on Antero's neck, and run my fingernails down his back.
"And I killed capitalists and religious rebels, and here I am in bed with a christian. I think that should be a testament to how far I've come." I reply defensively.
