I'm not address the conditions of your attack but their affect upon others. You taking a handy cap does not stop your power from overriding theirs.

I simply think that powers that override others directly aren'y very fair.

I have a power kind of like that, Mental Sheild, that guards me against all mental stuff ie mindreading, but it doesn't put the enemy at a disabvantage directly, only protects me.

I just think that you shouldn't be able to over come other people's power like that, it renders the power moot.

I agree with Kakashi on this, your power to nullify all others defense is not exactly fair.

If you can do this then why do any of us bother putting a number on defense for stats?

This is something like a "auto-hit" which in most RPG's is not aloud. It is like you say you hit someone before they post. You should really just say and he makes a swing at the enemy's face, then the other person has a chance of whether they want to defend or not. By using this power, we have no chance.

Effect converse-Someone that can cause harm to me, won't work. Such as, any effect of any kind of attack, is negated.

These are for those people with those powers that can do stuff like example - a man being turned into a women or a women being turned into a man.
