I see... you don't mind if I work a little of the conventinal Angel mythology into that do you?
The Kegai no Tami are Angels but they have human bodies to better hide among them and seek the eggs. They can call fourth their Angelic powers as they grow stronger, eventually being able to assume Angel form.
To show the growing amounts of Angelic power I'm going to name each form after on of the Choirs of Angels. It goes, from lowest to highest:
Angels- Messagers and he gods voice to mortals.
Archangels- Soldiers, combatants of evil.
Principalities- Lawyers, keepers of history.
Powers- Granters of strength and might to mortals.
Virtues- Keepers of what is good, gifters of virtues to humans.
Dominations- Generals, leaders of the Archangels.
Thrones- Supervisors, watch over the other Choirs.
Cherubim- Angels of peace, they sew the seeds of harmony but have the power to level nations.
And finally the mighty Seraphim- Lords of the Angels, answering only to the mightiest gods.
At least that's the classic view. Don't quote me on these, I made up the roles they play mostly but the Choirs and the other are correct.
Anyhow, I'll just be using the names of the Choirs mainly.

Bonus Skill #3
Call fourth the Archangel: Gregory upgrades his Angelic power to that of an Archangel, a warrior. All his stats grow more powerful when he takes this form and in addition to the wings and aura from Angel form his face begins to show the markings that cover Angels. His body becomes larger, adding three inches to his height and fifty pounds to his weight and making him look more muscled.
+Skill increase-
-<Gregory's Earth Contact power now extends to control oover loose stones and hard packed soils and dirt such as that of a feild of dried, sun baked dirt or gravel in an alley.>-

Fourth Level up power-
Divine Flames- While linked to his Angelic powers (either through Touch of the Angel or Call Fourth the Angel/Archangel) Gregory can create flames in his hands that burn white. The flames don't burn like normal fire, they burn under the same principles as Plasma so they can be used in a vaccume or underwater. Things struck with the flames suffer sevire burns or even burst into flames themselves.
+Skill Increase-
-<Gregory's Chi has grown more powerful as he becomes closer to the Earth. He can connect with the Chi of the Earth to heal worse wounds faster.>-

I work fast. I have to be strong enough to get that egg after all. Just between the two of us (and whoever reads this I suppose) finding the eggs is important to Gregory's plot development, more so than simply completeing his mission. When he touches the egg... oh! Can't spoil the suprise ending. But that won't happen until he awakes his true form and power.

Fifth Level up power-
Call fourth the Principalitie: Gregory upgrades his Angelic power to that of a Principalitie, a keeper of history. His stats raise slightly more than the Archangels, his eyes change to blank white orbs, loosing all their humanity, and his voice echos with power. His mental powers grow with the Principalitie's greater mind. He gains the power to read the surface thought of enemies, letting him respond before they act.
+Skill increase-
-<Gregory's Chakra power has grown more powerful. He can summon his Chakra as a physical force, projecting a wall of his personal power. The wall can be used to push back an enemy or deflect attacks like a sheild.>-

Bonus starting skill for being Red Infinity-
Call fourth the Power- Gregory upgrades his Angelic power to that of a Power, a granter of power to mortals. This is a form made to fight but also to be useful otherwise. All of Gregory's stats operate at 1.5 time their normal levels. He also sprouts a second pair of wings and his aura blazes with lightning, striking at things that posse a threat to Gregory.
Bonus Skill #4 (Satsujin joining)-
Call fourth the Virtue- Gregory upgrades his Angelic power to that of a Virtue, Keeper of the Good. He keeps the power he has gotten so far and advances a step farther. His hair locks into spikes of black, flowing up and back over his head. Sections of his body begin to sprout scaled steel like armor. His knuckles, shoulders, knees, forehead, and his ankles have these armor pieces, the armor piecing his cloths. His face developes more of the markings that cover Angels. Gregory is growing close to his true power and as such he puts off a aura of danger that frightens mortals far beyond the normal amount from seeing him.
+Skill Increase-
-<Earth Contact power now extends to control over rocks and stones. He can also create waves in looser soils and gravel, throwing waves of stone like water.>-

Indeed, I saw that your oldest info threads are dated Oct. 27th and the like so you can't be more than a month. By the way, I know I'm skipping Dominations but when I planned these forms out I missed that one so forget them.
Sixth Level up power-
Call fourth the Throne- Gregory has reached to true height of his Angelic powers: his true Angel form. In addition to all previous powers for Angelic forms he sports six wings, all the marking of an Angel, and his weapon transforms into energy. When he changes his sword becomes a ball of gray energy, hovering around his hand. When he wills it so the ball takes the form of his sword. In his transfromed state Gregory's stats all operate at double their listed values.
+Skill Increase-
-<Gregory's Chi has grown more powerful as he becomes closer to the Earth. He is always linked to the Earth, his wounds heal themselves at a amazing rate, starting the moment he is hurt. This also dulls any pain he feels and staves off ill effects from poisons and sickness, making him basicilly immune.>-
