Your combining to many terms.
Reincarnators are things "re-" made, i.e. born again.
Incarnations are things that have been made, i.e. forces or emotions made flesh.
How would something that was born again disspell something made real? They under go the same sort of process.
Whatever you read it isn't very clear.
