Hide in shadows: Kakashi can hide from sight in the shadows. He can't be seen like this, not by humans, angels, or gods. He can still make noise but be can't be seen. Effect dispelled if he leaves the shadows or attacks.
Substitution: Shinobi trick. Kakashi replaces himself with another object from nearby while he himself vanishes. The old, get hit and turn into a log trick.
Chakra: The driving force of Kakashi's powers. This energy builds within, growing stronger as he fights battles and trains. The energy powers his abilities.
apearance: He's not letting nayone get a good look.
Personality: Don't touch him.

An elf, that just makes my day. We need more of those. There are three types of elves, and light elves worship a god of nature called Meterex. You can decide whether or not you follow Meterex. Few Elves are on Earth, since they left long ago after a great war between races.
Other elves in this game include Kith (dark elf), and Riku
(half elf, half angel)

Excellent, as a Shinobi should be. I need a spy more than an assassain but those skill will now douht be useful as well.

First new skill
-Mind Shield: Kakashi is immue to any outside tampering with his mind including mental tricks, mind reading, mental messages, and illusions related to the mind. This can't be over powered.
It might sound like a powerful skill but I have seen to much mind reading and tricks to let my brain wander around unguarded in this RP.

Second new skill-
Shinobi Bag of Tricks: Kakashi has a small side bag that holds his impressive collection of Shinobi equipment.
This includes things like shurikens, kuni knives, caltops, needles, poisons, and scrolls. He adds special things sometimes for different missions and adds to the bag as he travels and finds new uses for things.

Third Power-
Sharingan Eyes: This is a two fold skill. The power become active at will and allows the user (Kakashi) to see the truth, be it seeing through an illusion or whatever.
The second and more potant power is that the eye can analize and copy jitsu skills and the like as they are used. Basically, if Kakashi is fighting another Shinobi who uses a shadow trick on him Kakashi learns how to do the trick and can then counter it. The counter is so fast that it works from that time on.
However, some things can't be copied and some simply overpower the eye so it's not perfect. Since it has to see the trick, high speed can undo the user.

Fourth Power-
Hazuko Suco Ken (Standing on Bamboo Style): Kakashi makes no sound when in battle and moves so lightly and quickly that he doesn't so much as bend a blade of grass.
He makes no sound because he is basically weightless. He does not step on twigs or rustle leaves, even his breathing and heartbeat are silent.

Mark of Obake Hokage (Black Fire Shadow)- This mark, located at the back of the base of Kakashi's neck on the left side, controls his transformations.
When he is in life threatening danger or really angry (or the mark gains control of his mind) the mark glows orange and more marks flow over his body, spreading to cover his left side. They stop and turn black when the change is finished.
In this form Kakashi's power and speed are greater (no stats change though, I just RP him stronger) and his Jitsu powers are amazingly stronger.
However he developes blood lust and likes to cause pain and kill people.

Ninjitsu- The Art of Shadow Powers. With this Kakashi can create Shadow Clones, do trick with shadows, and use elemental attacks like fire and ice.
Most of the Ninjitsu attacks are really not solid. They instead hid other attacks. A kuni wrapped in shadows can be invisible to the victim after all.
