Tech Training- Peter has been trained in the use of all major modern age technologies as well as adaptive technics for new technology. He can learn to use a new weapon, however complex, in a very short amount of time. He can learn to drive and operation vehicales and machines quickly as well.
Tech Support- In virtually any city in the world Peter can gain access to virtually any technological device he requires through his connections. This can take anything from a secret knock to several phone calls and might require a few hours, a day, or a week depending on what is needed and it's proximity to Peter but given time he can get nearly anything.
appearance: Peter is at the height of physical health. He stand and even 6 foot. His hair is dim blond and falls halfway down his back, braided into a ponytail. His cloths change daily to match his new location but his unifrom is greyish green, almost military feel. A cape comes with the uniform, trimmed with golden cloth.

Personality: Normally Peter is a straight forward, if dower, person who seems to enjoy the company of people more like hiself, that is people who know too much. He usually speaks in a flat, almost emotionless voice and always gives straight answers. He will employ the use of allies and partners but usually not for very long. He is normally not aggrassive towards anything until his triggers activate. When this happens (ie a battle situation) he goes stone cold and his actions become like something not human. His enhanced muscles make his move faster while his improved brain enters what he calls 'bullet time' (yes I stole the terms from the Matrix filming tricks, so what?) and he sees the world in slow motion.
story: Born and rasied in America Peter's family moved to Japan when he was six. He proved to be an exceptinal student and moved quickly through school. At 15 he entered the exchange program and spent the next 3 years in different counties, studying abroad in China, America, Brazil, England, Germany, and France. Upon his return to Japan he was 18 years old and entered Toyko University. After a year of study he again begins world studies. In all his travels he spent time with locals, enjoying the rich culture and backgrounds. However, the thing that caught him most was legends. Stories of Angels, Demons, Vampires, even Gods. None of this was part of his offical studies (how could it be with Red Infinity looking over his shoulder?) but he knew he had to learn more. By the age of 22 (and after visiting Norway, Finland, Russia, and Egypt) he had compiled his thesis for his Doctorite. But, he never delivered it.
At 3:27 pm, Pacific Standard Time, he disappeared from his dorm room. At 3:30 pm Peter Nielsen seced to exist. His birth, his studies, and his life, vanished from the Earth. No investigation was held, nor was one asked for. No records of his existance remained.
Four years later a man, much like what Peter used to look like, was seem in Centeral Russia, leaving behind a trio of bodies. These bodies were never IDed and their remains were burned to ashes. All witnesses disappeared. Reports of a simliar man and simliar piles of dead bodies were never disclosed to the public.
Peter still exists, but no one knows what happened in those four years and Peter, still offcially non-existant, isn't forth coming with the information. He appears in seemingly random places, kills, and vanishes again every few months. No one in the public is even aware that this is going on but select Red Infinity offcials are greatly interest in his actions, especilly those in the Ministry of Terror.
