Augmentations- Peter has been physcially altered with magic and genetics to make him more than human. His bones are enchanted with enforcement spells; permancy charms have been emplyed on status effecting spells, increasing his physcial powers, focusing on speed and dexertity; gresidual magic in his RNA result in a higher rate of healing; enchancement spells on his mind make him react faster and allow him to break down spells.
Occult Knowledge- LIF trains it's Hunters in spells of tracking and disabling to make their jobs easier but they also include training in the other magik fields.
Dean has studied under all the disciplins and can cast magik from most of the schools including: protection, elementalist, envokation, conjuration, divination, enchanment, and tranfromation.
While his range of spells is very great and he can learn more as well as make use of spell books and items to enhance his magik power.
Light Shield- Creates a two fold shield. Energy surrounds Dean, 1 inch from his clothing. The surface of the sheild is frictionless so most things slide off. This includes basically all physcial assaults so the sheild provides great protection from swords, bullets, fists, and anything else that has solid form.
The second power is and energy transfure device. Energy directed at the sheild skims along the surface, circling the sheild until it runs out.
The sheild will overload and shut down if the energy flow becomes to great. This results in a wild storm of loose energy blasting in all directions because it's force hasn't been used up yet.
appearance: Dean is average height and build. He wears white cloths of good style when he can but dresses differently as the situation needs. His hair is should length and white. He often has a rose with him, white or red, as he enjoys the smell and the look.
Personality: Dean is a wild card. The magik in his system makes him eratic, he can be completely different whenever someone sees him again. This is perfect for throwing people who aren't supposed to remember him. By changing his cloths, and his personality between missions Dean is sure to have no one remember him.
story: The son of a member of the former American Mage's Guild, Dean has been in LIF since he was 6 yeras old and was summoning angelic flowers in his bedroom. He has a natural talent for magic, one enhanced by his father's own spells.
At 18 Dean joined LIF activlly as a Hunter, refusing the offer of Guardian and opting to, as he saw it, activilly save the world. He knows Peter well enough, they've been assigned to projects together a few times.
