It was done by a wonderful artist by the name of Jessica. She has a thing for video game studs, Dante being one of them.
I think it made a good image of Virgil. One a good day anyway. On bad days... not so pretty. No.

NEW POWER!
Eyes of the Twisting Chaos- Virgil's insanity borders on perminition. He can actually see what his opponent is doing, as their doing it and tell what their going to do based on Chaos Theory, perfected within the twisted mind of the Prophet.
Virgil is able to see patterns in random acts, seeing the material of the universe as something that makes perfect sense, in a totally random manner.
As such, he might see a leaf and be able to know which way to will fall. In the same manner, he could see a person and know what will happen to them in the near future.
Weither he acts upon these visions is another matter. Virgil might ignore them, or even be confused and mislead by them.

NEW POWER-
Starfish- Any part of Virgil's body that is removed from the whole becomes a copy of Virgil in a very short time. Once created the copy can act on it's own, in no way controlled by Virgil, though it is far weaker than the original.

NEW POWER-
Slime Cannon- Virgil can project the green ooze that is his own genetic base form. The slime itself doesn't course damage but it provides a point for Virgil to use. He can see through the slime, hear, smell, taste, anything he could do if he were there himself.
It has the added effect of carrying his Null Power. That means someone with Virgil's slime on them is unable to use most magic, teleporting for example.

NEW POWER!
Spirit Eater-
Virgil absorbs the outer edge of his enemy's inner energy, their essense, and uses it enhance his own power. He takes on some of the attacks of his enemy, though not their inner workings, only any information that could be captured from their outer energies like energy attacks or combat styles.
When he uses this, Virgil's physcial appearance changes to closer match the one he's stealing energy from and his attitude may be effected as well.
