The Swan of Tounela is a mythical beast who ferries the souls of the newly dead across the River Tounela ( the Finnish River Styx). She gracefully glides across the black river, to the land of the dead or Tounela, where the souls are judged.
Whoever kills or shoots the swan of tounela will forever have her favor. She is in their debt. Only Lemminkainen and Toivo Koivisto have shot the magnificent bird. Thus, she must grant them their hearts desires until the end of her days..
The only way to truly kill her is to drown her in the river tounela. When this is done, it is said that the barriar between the living and dead worlds will collapse.
She has came to Earth on a mission from G.O.D. to help the mortals against Ukko. She at first posed as a ballerina for a Finnish Ballet company.
Later she met and fell in love with Toivo. She joined the Green Party to help him out and to protect the environment from Red Infinity.
