Weapon: Collapsable swords in shirt sleeves or behind back. Two or more on person at all times.

Seering Light- Kuin can express control over light and use it as a weapon, projecting it with great force as a beam or in any number of whys. Typically projected from his hands but it doesn't have to be.
Aura- Whenever he wishes, Kuin can summon an aura of light around himself. Not only does this light banish darkness, even magical darkness, but it also suppiles him with unlimited light for his attacks.
appearance: Tall, dressed in bright colors, favoring white. Mid length blonde hair and pale eyes.
Personality: Kuin is generally a likeable guy... generally. He flurts with woman, hits on men, and touches just about anyone who stands still around him for too long. He doesn't mean any of it seriously but still, it's hard to talk him while he's holding you around the shoulders, floating in the air or run a hand through your hair.
Still, he knows when to draw the line and doesn't go any farther than is proper... in most cultures.
story: The Fifth Kegai no Tami, created only recently by the goddess Meilikki to try and help the wordl through it's darkest hours. Created to bring light to everyone she made Kuin for the purpose of beinging happiness and light to people on spiritual and emotional levels. Kuin likes to add physical to that as well but does always get there.
As a new addition to the world Kuin has only just located the other Kegai no Tami and Chi-kage. Delighted at the idea of immortals all around him he has set to work, trying to make everyone happy.
