A two fold ability.
Any mental attack directed at Lenna's mind it reflected back at the user. In the case of telepathy, this forces them to read their own mind, causing massive disorientation.
Attacks that are directed at a phycisal body, like teleknesis, still function. But with a effort, Lenna can deflect these aside as well, reducing their effect by focusing the attack elsewhere.
