Lore Knowledge- As a monster hunter Vincent has a vast knowledge of monsters of all types, their powers, weaknesses, and the like.
Information network- Vincent has access to the information network of the government, allowing him to find out anything about anyone in a very short time.
Mental Conditioning- You don't got hunting monsters unless you have a controlled mind. Vincent's mind is under his complete control, making him immune to hypnotic powers, mental tampering, and telepathic spying.

Personality: He likes to act all moody when you first meet him but he does it poorly. Once seen through he lights up, appearently a normal person. He jokes, laughs, enjoys small talk.
Story: Vincent discovered long ago that the things that when bump in the night were real. Long story short, he made up his mind that for the good of the people someone would have to stop them, and keep their existance a secret. Loyal to the government, Vincent also makes it a personal goal to find and eliminate Hunters from LIF when he can.
