Powers: D'evil's Call- a red aura surrounds her and shoots at her enemy, disenableing thier movement

Void- casues a illusion of her enemy being sucked into a black void, very real but stronge mental power can break the illusion, the illusion just brings them to a state of shock where hopefully thier attacks will be greatly off giving her a opening to attack

Skull Head- fires skull heads at enemy that has a posion aura

Personality: She has mood swings, you never know how she will act or say next. She is most of the time not understandable. She really hates people who annoy her, which is very very rare.

Story: Heather says (mostly) she was brought to this earth to punish. She didn't say punish who through, but kills at least once every week. She doesn't talk of her past but always smriks and grins at seeing people in pain.
