This RPG stresses substance. Battles take a back seat to plot. That's why we mod the joins. We try to refine characters to contribute to the plot. This RPG isn't based on fighting. If all you plan on doing with your character is fight, this might not be the best RPG for you. No one is making you play here. If you aren't interested in an RPG that is based on worthwhile characters, politics, and mythology, instead of just fighting, then I suggest you go somewhere else that better suits your idea of a good RPG.

I've been to sites like the one you describe before. Two of them. Both folded in on themselves. Smashboards might or might not.
The point is that those who play in this rpg do so because we enjoy it and we think that this systems works. I know d**ned well it isn't perfect and have said so before, but it works well enough for this site to have functioned for over a year now.
Now then, if we all just do what the mods say and there will be so many fewer problems on this site.

Anyway, the fact that you can't remember the story for your board says a lot about it. RI is story based. If that is a problem, tough.
I think the anarchist base is in Amsterdam. The rebels are in Helsinki, I think, but they might have moved.

I'll not argue, instead, put your money where your mouth is, so to speak. Meet me in Zalgar's Dojo in the Sidequest area, I play Zalgar as well and we may fight to whatever specifications you desire.
And with regards to Smash Boards, that's a glorified game of Super Smash Bros. Melee. Just a bunch of fighting with no real substance at all. If that is what you are looking for, you do NOT belong here.
