powers: Wishing Power: Desiree can grant anyone thier thier wishes, she can make anyones wish comes true. ((minor wishes ex. You can't wish to have the ultimate power, or rule the world, stuff like that.))

Wishing Control: Desiree comes with this power, when she is face to face with someone and someone makes a wish she has to grant it. She as cursed with it.

Personality: evil, giving, powercrazy, loyal, respectful, malevolent, decieving, manipulative, spiteful, likes to have fun

story: Many years ago, Desiree was a daughter of a king. Her father was sick and was going to die. This time was by Desiree's 18th birthday. So before her birthday he showed her what would be hers the kingdom, the land, the treasures. All of it was her wish. And after he died she would get everything. The jeaulous wife of the king decided to banish her while the king was away. She died of lonlyness. Louhi ressurected Desiree's soul as a ghost/genie/dijin. Her abilites affected her powers, so she was a wish granter or geinie. ((also a ghost)) She was to serve Louhi and her daughters forever. Louhi created a bottle to house Desiree. Desiree had shackes around her arms with chains attached to them. It was represented to serve her misstress forever. The only way they'll come off is Louhi died. Which eventually happened when she was killed off by Finnish warriors. But before Louhi went she sealed Desiree into her bottle so Louhi won't suffer the same fate alone. The bottle was cast to a random place. Desiree lived their since. She awaited until someone opened her bottle. While serving Louhi duringher freetime granted the wishes of common folk. But Desiree loves ot make the wishes go wrong and arwy. Or not as they seem. Thats her way of entertainment. Desiree's spirit cannot rest in peace until she grants everyone thier fondest desire since she didn't get hers. Then she can fianally grant her wish. But thats not the truth, her spirit can rest in peace if only she realizes that she does not need to grant people wishes to make her happy and beleive that could of been her. Once the bottle is open she can go and serve Louhi again, theshackles will only dissapear if shes dead and after all this time the shackles are still thier.

Suggestion: Well I think you should put geanie as a race, lol maybe someone would like to be one.

Geinie, also see "dijin", spirit capable of granting wishes. Loopholes and hidden problems always accompany said wishes.

Elimination: massive damage to standard vital damage with L.3 Enchant rounds or equivilent, Dijin are amazingly resistant to physical damage.

Secondary Option: Destroy the focus point of the Dijin's creation, i.e their lamp or bottle.

Nonlethal options: Trick the spirit into entering it's focus object and seal the opening afterwards.

So, a Dijin makes an appearence. This is indeed a unique event. However, I will not allow you to manipulate humans desires and wishes to your own ends. I am Peter, the Owl, I hunt your kind.

anyway, this character cant be approved... least not yet, there has to be a limit to that wishing power, and a down side.... there is aready a person who can grant wishes,

alkonost, the russian bird of paradise..., but you have to pluck his tail feather, and you cant with for anything like killing someone.
