Freezing fog- sprays out a fog of freezing cold air that slows people down, and cold even kill those who cant take intense cold. It is filled with ice particles that are hard to get through and cut those who try to get through to fast. This neutralizes any and all supernatural effects. It is 2 square miles wide and 4 miles high.
Wall of ice- he can create a wall of ice around himself and others. Its made so that it can only be seen out of and not in. he can also cast a barrier completely around him, the ice has some of his energy in it, so it is harder to destroy then regular ice.
Hazy appearance- he can cast a mental barrier over himself which disrupts his image by shifting the air, causing him to look larger then her really is. And also kind of hazy (look at sig)
Cellular Healing- he can heal minor as well as major wounds on himself and others by using his energy. If he is seriously hurt to where he cant think, he will start healing on its own. he can regenerate lost limbs, and his wounds heal very fast, normally fatal wounds would be a small scratch to him, he can completely regenerate even if there is only one cell of him left.
Telekinesis- ability to control the force around an object to change its motion, speed, etc.

Personality: he is kind to almost everyone, even if his dark nature is brought out. He protects those who need him with his life, as long as they give him something in return, being either money or a place to stay.
story: after louhi was defeated, he stayed hidden in the coldest parts of the european mountains to stop any dragon slayers from killing him, staying in his own territory and keeping others out. That life started to get boring and lonely so he left and transformed into his human form. Going around and helping people and receiving treasure in return. He stored most of his treasure in an ice cave, which eventually got full over the years. He stopped collecting treasure and instead, lived among humans that helped him… them giving him a place to stay and meals. He never stayed in one place for too long, less they should find out his secret. He constantly moved and created a job for himself by protecting people. Having nothing else to do, and louhi was defeated so he didn’t see anything wrong with it. He went back into hidding for awhile, hibrinating for over a thousand years, when he awoke he realized the world had changed greatly. Not sure if it was for the worse he set out to find something to do
