acceleration- he can run faster, in either form. time seems to slow down to a crawl when he is in this mode. this can only last up to a minute, but he could almost run around the whole in that amount of time, also he cant use it constantly. for those who are in super speed, it seems like regular running for them

astro projection connection- with the use of astro projection he can take his soul out of his body and become ethneal form, he can travel anywhere in the world and no one can attack this form, because most can not see it, and it isnt physical. also he can harden his spirit and make his spirit look like his true body.

psy teleportation- he can teleport anywhere in the world that he chooses, and also can let people teleport with him, as long as they are around him. this can work even in fields where normally abilities wouldnt

binding cords- he can create cords of energy that come out of a wall and wrap around a person, depending on how much energy he uses it can just wrap around a wrist, to the whole body. they are cold to the touch, but are made from energy so they arent broken easily
