Personality:
Usually slightly on edge because of his work and managing the family money, most of the time, he is very friendly and willing to help out, especially the less fortunate and to his agents/coworkers. Other than that, he dislikes being disturbed during work other than his assistant Wendy.

Story: David Street was born to a Capitalist couple just before its fall. Seeing the destruction the wars over political ideals caused, he gave up his hope in any politcal ideal at all. After everything burnt and everything died, he found only the tortured souls of the common folk left behind to fend for themselves despite their own government claiming they were the light for the people.
Disgusted with both the rebels and Red Infinity for squabbling and causing only misery for the middleman, David Street disguised himself as Mr. Joker, known to acquantinces by Joker, and created IUPO from the fortune he inherited from his parents.
The organization has no political affiliation, as do none of its members, created for the soul purpose of protecting the common folk from any threat to their existence. Members must be throughly checked for any past political affiliation and their commitment to actually preserving the people. Usually the members, have unique abilities that make themselves useful and distinct, offering different ways of defeating the enemy and several fighting techniques.

Well, for starters, we do not align ourselves with feuding factions such as the rebels or Red Infinity, we are neutral in the big scheme of things.

We try not to get involved in politics too much, where it might start to hurt the people.

I must emphasize that the people are who we help, not any other organization, so the common folk come first.

((In terms of posting, this means occassionaly posting about helping in town. Giving food, help track down a robber and like. It also means fighting the big guys like Louhi, dragons, whatever the main bad guy at the time is.))

How is this organized exactly? Do we have a centeral headquarters or do we operate as a network of operatives, communicating to a centeral hub, which would of course be us, Mr. Joker.

We will in fact have a base of operations in the next couple of days as I am in the process of building it. But we will have a central place to meet.

All members will have a Codec implanted in them for me to contact you whenever I need to. The base will have everything agents need and will be sort of a bomb shelter in case any real monster heads our way.

The codec can also be used to contact other members.

What, exactly, do you mean by neutral?
As in, dont join, neutral or one organization neutral?

Neutral as in, you aren't part of Red Infinity or the rebels, or any other organization. This way you don't put those other organization's feelings above that of the common people.

It's just to make sure the agents that I hire are working towards the same cause as myself and others.

If you read my story, you'll find that I don't like either of the groups in the first place.
