Personality: Looks up to Dawn greatly and wants to be like her. She is very stubborn and can be funny when she wants. She's mostly nice and loves to get tips and stuff from Dawn.
Story: Red Infintiy saved Lily from her parents who were always mean to her and would beat her up and thought she was worthless. they put Dawn in charge of training her for the Ministry of Terror bunch and Lily was quick to take a liking to Dawn.
