1. You can no longer invent your own organization until consulting me first.
Currently we have the following orgs.
LIF
Anarchists
Rebels
Capitalists
Green Party
Red Infinity
Eternal Light
IUPO
Hagana
Bloodspeakers (with Red Infinity)
La Resistance
The following are no more:
FRA
Chi Kage
2)All organizations are allowed no more than 3 bases, whose locale is known by Red Infinity
3) All organizations must have a reasonable explaination on how they recieve their power, weapons, and financial support considering that Red Infinity rules the world, all resources, and the economy.
4.) No single base can have more than 500 npc troops+playing character members
5.) No base can not be destroyed unless that is determined by an admin through negotiations with the head of that organization
6.)A base can be anything from a rebel church, to an apartment where a couple of anarchists live. Any place that harbors rebels or an organization, be it large or small is considered a base, with the exception of the individual living quarters.
7.) Red Infinity is exept from the base rules.
