Fire Strike- Kivutar's hairs wrap onto someone and fire is then emiited throught the hairs to the wrap and the enemy is engulfed in flames.
Flying Skulls- Kivutar can summom skulls with full lengths of hair which attack her enemy. She controls them with her hairs connected to her hands.
