Prince of Whales- A royal attack only the royal family knows. Summoning and concetrating all energy making the sky rain of green wood elemental blasts. Makes the sky turn green

story: Lyserg Diethel is the Prince of Wales in England. He was next in line to the throne. When that time came he ignored his duties and layed off responsibility. He made someone else in control as he fufilled his so called "royal duties". He is spoiled and very unresponsible. He goes off and all he does is party. All he cares baout is fun. He formed the hedonist group, his royal fmaily was shocked at this but he still remained in the royal family with much dissappointment. The royal fmaily of England has been shamed. Lyserg dosn't really care either. He has all the money in the world and built a Palace with nothing but fun and partying. Thats his current quarters.
