Teleportation: William can teleport minor distances, maybe a mile if he actually tries hard
Regeneration: William heals his wounds faster than normal humans. This doesn't mean that its instant, but by no means slow.
Dexterity- William can bend to rather extreme degrees, and it doesn't hurt in the least. His body has been pushed hard, and often enough for this result.
Reflexes- William's reflexes are lightning fast. He can catch an object heading towards him with unnatural speed. He could react faster to something seen out of the corner of his eye faster than any average person.
Appearance: Tall, narrow eyed, grim freatured, thin, black hair, dark eyes, wears dark clothing, usually a button down shirt with slacks and a black T-shirt
Personality: Grim, frank, unsympathetic to everyone he feels like, does mostly as he pleases, tends to try and "liberate" everyone he meets
Story: William doesn't like being called William. Well, actually, he doesn't care that much outwardly, but secretly he hates it. He grew up in Japan, going to Red Infinity poplic schools, and being a normal boy. Then, when he was 18, he go thinking about how people tend to ignore things that they don't like, they ignored the harsh realities that he always imbraced. Thinking hat it was stupid, he began to "open people's eyes," or, simplified, he made people see what they didn't want to, made them remember what they wanted to forget. Living in a fantasy world was stupid and pathetic, so he would make people wkane up to reality.
He came to two conclusions eventually.
1: That people in general made their own little fantasy world that was for one stupid, ad for another thing, made them into ignorant pricks.
2: The government helped to keep the people in the state of mind that they could ignore their proplems.
Well, reality was there to William, and if people didnt want it, to bad for them, because what was there was what you got, nothing else came after death, and ther was nothing before birth.
In short, William believes only that people are ignorant, stupid, close-minded, pricks that need to be shaken awake harshly. That and the governent needs to be taken down to prevent people being stupid.
