Exploding Dice- Oogie throws his skull dice which explode on contact.
Shadow Oogie- Oogie can project a shadow of himself, to be naywhere in the world. His shadow self will be a black smoke like being with yellow eyes and mouth.
Quake- Oogie jumps and up and slams the gorund causing a mini-earthquake shockwave.
Razor Roulette- A spiked spining roulette with a skeleington straped onto it and is yellow and lbue stripes. It appears and spins and tries to strike the opponeant.

story: Oogie was created by the sorcerer Kaschei He sewed a green bag and filled it with bugs, insects, and trash. He was born by Kachei's magic. But this wasn;t ans ordinary creation. He had a mind of its own. He created a thing so evil that it couldn't be in control. So Kashcei satisfied him by giving me the job oas a minister. So Oogie created his own ministry, the Ministry of Evil Mecanics. A place developing tortuer devices, weapons, and other kinds of machinary used for destruction. Oogie constructed his own tortuer chamber underground the Ministry of Terror. He dwells thier waiting for new victems. After Oogie got his job, he still couldn't be controlled. So he cursed Oogie to his dungeon undergorund the Ministry of Terror was to stay thier and torture new applicates. Thats also where his ministry is. His dungeon resembles a giant tortuering casino. Thier are many rooms linking to hte main one where weapon development is. Oogie plans to make more dungeons/secret locations around the world.

There is no Ministry of Evil Mechanics. We already have a Ministry of Technology. Also, RI tends to stray from actually using the word "evil" whether it applies or not.
The Ministry of War takes care of weapons. It is currently headed by one of Kolov's puppets.
The Ministry of Terror is in charge of torture and torture related items. If you want a postition as a torturer, go ahead.
On a side note: I love the movie Nightmare Before Christmas. I grew up on that movie. I hate it when people do this kind of thing. It sucks. That's a completely personal opinion, so ignore it if you wish.

Snake Eyes- Oogie glares at his opponeant which completely paralyzes them with fear. This lasts for about a couple minutes.

Cheating Stare- Oogie can now look past any illusion and can determine the fakes and the reals.

Skwered Cards- Oogie summons metal life size cards from the ground. They are all kings. The arms of the kings fling out with real swords and twirling them. Creating a ensaring death trap
Skull Blades- Oogies summons scythe blades atatched to matal poles they start rotating in a fast mostion around the arena at the enemy. They work two ways. They slam the gorund and start roptating. Or they start moving up and down while rotating getting more of a chance of slashing the opponeant.
