When she feels down sometimes by reading his words it can lift her up.
She has lived in a very poor family her whole life. They have had nothing and noone to turn to. They have been close to starving before. Cosette lived with her parents content yet poor. When Cosette was 6 her father died. He was killed by the machine he tended. It crushed him to death when he was cleaning it.
Cosette's mother, having no skills nor a job at the time, became a prostitue to put food in their stomachs and clothes on their backs. Cosette was 16 when her mother died of AIDS. A disease easily treated now but not being able to afford the treatments her mother passed away.
Cosette then concentrated on her writing which soon blossomed into a great career. She published 3 books and takes care of her mothers ashes in an antique vase that her mother would have loved. She has her own apartment now which is a loft.
Cosette turned to La resistance for help after accidentally hearing about it in the alleyway as she returned home. She decided to seek out Phillippe.
