Powers:
=>Stalin's Feint- Volt retreats then bull rushes, stream rolling whatever is infront of him. When he rushes, he either knocks the people before him over, or they get picked up and carried along for the ride, in which case Volt will slam them against the nearest hard object.
=>Counter Throw- Volt catches and attacker's arm or leg, both deflecting the attack and opening them for his own offensive. Volt will either put a hold on them at this point, or spin them around and toss them.
=>Pressure Lock- Volt catches a limb and puts pressure on the joint, holding it out of position. The most common use is simply holding someone's arm behind their back. This only works when the enemy has joints that can be pressured and a solid physical form.
=>Amazing Lift- Volt is able to lift nearly any amount of weight for the purpose of performing a throw or slam attack on it. This only works if his target is his opponent. Anything from trolls, to stone golems, to huge beasts, can be lifted and slammed.
Appearance: Volt looks alot meaner than he is. Years ago he got alot of piercings and he's never really thought about taking some out. He is tall and thickly built with many piercings on his face, most noticable among these, a small pair of horns on his forehead.
Personality: Volt is basically a normal person. He's had a rough life but he has a positive outlook about things. He is careful to think before speaking and tries to avoiding saying things that will lead to trouble.
Story: Volt was a street punk as a kid. He got into alot of trouble. He knows the streets of most major Russian cities well as well as the government legal system. After a few years his anarcist side died away and he settled into a more stable way of life.
