Electricy Orb- Dr. Von Strangle summons a metal orb which is covered in electricity. It shoots electrifying beams at the enemy.

Mind Shield- Dr. Von Strangle has such an impressive mind he can create a forcefield aorund him thats powerful.

Swinging Blades- The Docter summons huge iron blades that fling out and start spinning. Very deadly and lethal.

Personality: intelligent, clever, bound to find new discoveries, helpful, hopeful of a good future, creative

story: Dr. Von Strangle was a birlliant scientist who was very rich because of his creations, inventions, and scientific discoveries. One day while he was conducting an experiments it went wrong and he died of an explosion. His family hired expert magic users to bring him back to life. They did, but they couldn't pay them due to insignifficant funds. All of Von Strangle's money went to charity so the family couldn't live. The group killed the family. The deed that the fmaily requested was unfinished, so thats why he's in a wheelchair. Dr. Von Strangle was a close friend to Lady Blue. One day she visited the Docter and convinced him to ojin the FRA. He lived alone in his lab in Helsinki making many wepaons, and inventions. he decided he oculd be of help to Lady BLue so he joined the FRA society. he is also a psychologist, he has his own firm which is a part of his lab in Helsinki.

The story has some holes in it, and you should make sure Lady Blue is all right with your including her in the story. Should this turn out like the Nightmare Before Christmas character, I will retract this, but at the moment it is approved.

Nix the psychologist thing. Only RI has actual psychologists. Your character could have a knowlege of psychology, but can't be a professional.
