Summon Soul Shield: His soul forms a shield around him. It is very powerful, though if broken, he passes out. If completely shattered, he dies.

Control of Weather: Can summon powerful stormas and winds as well as any other form of weather.

Alchemy I: Can brew an elixer that heals all wounds, internal and external.

Necromancy I: Can raise low level undead. Skeletons and zombies.

Sorcery I: Can use the element of ice in many ways. He can summon it from the sky as well as send it from his hand or the end of his whip.

Maho: Taint.

Personality: He is evil, though compassonate, and likes to destroy things. HE DOES NOT WANNA TAKE OVER THE WORLD.

Story:

He joined the BloodSpeakers because it was the only job that appealed to him. He has no religous beliefs, but believes that there are supernatrual beings.

He was born a vampire and grew up hateing everything that wasn't so. He fed on humans and lived with his parents. Though, one day, an LIF hunter killed his parents, and almost him, so he took his revenge. After he killed the LIF hunter and lost his parents, he lived alone. One day, he found out about this job in Red Infinity. So, he decited to join the BloodSpeakers and continue on his road to power. Though, he dosen't want to take over the world, only to live his life well.

2) IF you are a Bloodspeaker, then your organization is the Bloodspeakers. and you get the number of powers that goes with that.
3) I am not void, but I can tell you right away that alchemy and sorcery are cheap ways to get extra powers. Be more specific.
4) Do not use characters from other shows to describe characters please.

The Bloodspeakers work with Red Infinity, so I think you could be a communist and with Red Infinity and still be a Bloodspeaker.

No, Bloodspeakers aren't fascists. They work with Red Infinity, they are a party of it. That wouldn't make them fascists.

Actually yes, the Bloodspeaker is a fascist organization that is aligned within Red Infinity. They maintain some degree of autonomy.

The alchemy and sorcery power need to be narrowed down, but as a trade-off they can be made to be stronger than they are at this point. The Maho power is a free power that Kaitalish or another bloodspeaker grants to their servants, so it is actually a bonus power, again, the trade-off being the taint.

BloodSpeakers are with RI, soc I get 5 powers, do I not?

And, Alchamy means using potions, ect. to create or summon things. I doubt it would be used in the heat of battle. I dont know how I would narrow this down.

Sorcery, as I explained, gives those four powers.

We do not allow generalized powers like that, so I'll make a few suggestions. And remember, you get the maho power for free when I grant it to you.

For the alchemy, specify a specific potion that you can create and create well. The more powers you get, the more potions you can create in order to expand your repetoire. The same goes for sorcery, pick one magical spell that you can perform well and every new power you can pick another spell that you can perform equally well.

Bloodspeakers actually do take missions from the League of the Godless, so they have been starting with 5 in the past.

All right, that looks good. Generally alchemy takes a few hours to whip up a potion, but you can tackle that issue in-game when it comes up. The only problem I might see is the fact that the potion seems to be insta-heal, so I am going to say that you shouldn't be carrying any on you and have to make it every time you need it.

You can be approved once you change your sorcery power to one power rather than four, and once you make your alchemy power into one power.
