Charisma-- Peron speaks very charismatically. When he speaks the people relate to what he says and he can swing the masses in favor of what he says, whether it's the truth or not.
Much like Manu Genobili, while he's not much to look at, he captures the people with his charisma.

Greed-- Peron's ambitions often surpass his other duties. If he sees an opportunity and he knows he can succeed, he will take the bull by the horns and charge.
Language-- Peron speaks little to no English, only Spanish. This means you could say things to his face in English and he wouldn't understand you unless he had a translator. This would be good if you were planning to assassinate him.
Appearance: Peron takes pride in his appearance. He slicks back his hair and wears either a grey or chocolate suit or a military uniform. The military uniform is more for public appeal than anything else.
Personality: Peron is ambitious but bides his time. He doesn't go all out until he feels all his cards are in place. He is cautious and thinks ahead.
Story:
John Peron was born in San Juan, Argentina in 2455. Peron's father was a former spokesman for Red Infinity. Watching his father grow up, Peron learned to speak and capture the hearts of the people. His father was assassinated in a school shooting, leaving Peron fatherless.
Peron's first reaction was to blame the shooters. But they were kids... and who educates chldren but Red Infinity? Who employed his father but Red Infinity? Yes, when overcome by grief you don't think clearly at all, do you?
The more Peron learned about what was going on behind the screen at Red Infinity, the more Peron turned away from communism, on the inside. On the outside, though, he was an A student and a loyal member of Red Infinity's youth group.
As Peron grew older, he became more outspoken and was eventually kicked out of the youth group. Taking after his father, Peron took to politics. Red Infinity were his sworn enemy and he, maybe even out of spite, became a Fascist. For the longest time he was a Fascist, until he began reading about the history of the Peron name. Despite the rubbed out versions of books Red Infinity put out, Peron got his hands on illegal banned history books and read about his great, great, great, great, great--ah to hell with it, distant relative: Juan Domingo Peron.
The more he read about Peron, his distant relative, the more he fell in love with the ideals of Peronism. He learned and memorized Peron's strategies and styles of speech and found they had much in common from the very beginning. It was then that Peron, feeling confident in his abilities, went out into the world to join a rebel movement... it was time he put his skills to use.
Peron joined the FRA, finding the Rebels to be too much like Trotsky and Lennin, bleh!. Red Infinity to was Stalinist, and all other groups just seemd downright unorganized. What would posess Peron to join the FRA? Simple. There are bigger fish to fry than Capitalists and Imperialists. The FRA are about as close to Peronism as he was going to get.
