Ok, I've made it so that Peron escaped Red Infinity instead of The LIF. Peron could also be delusional and the Eva that convinced him to escape could be a figementation of his imagination.

Red Infinity wouldn't have reason to create a clone of Peron either. They already have an entire Ministry of Information that handles that sort of thing.

Mr. Futsu, Lady Violet, and Dr. Murdock all act as spokespeople for RI. Stalin is also, as a figurehead.

Also, if they were going to clone someone, they would clone a communist. They wouldn't have any reason to clone Peron.

Anyway, the FRA are like the Republicans. They are right wing, but I doubt they would want to clone a dictator, would be or otherwise. Plus, they've been a little down on cash lately.

I don't think this character fits with the RPG.

On the other hand, this might work. Maybe.

There is a cult called the Bloodspeaker cult that Kaitalesh (aka Void) heads. They haven't been doing much lately, but talk to Void. Perhaps he wants to use you in a nefarious scheme or something. The only problem with that is that they don't have access to cloning technology, and its a good thing they don't, because if they did, they could create an entire army of disease spitting, tainted soldiers.

What if I make it so that Juan promised his soul to a demon when he dies and his soul would be the demon's dinner when Juan dies? No reference to Gods and no use of cloning and/or ressurection. No, then we'd need an Evita... ok, continue to think. I'll come up with something, I do not do this much typing for nothing...

You would have to find a demon. Also, demons were no where near as prolific when Juan was around as they are now. Only Kaschei can time travel.

I don't know the name of Juan Peron's father but this Peron's fathers name was Emilio Peron.
