She glanced at Riku again, startled to hear him laughing.
She gave him a small grin in response. She thought she heard a hint of sadness in his voice, and curiously asked him, "Are you alright...? I've never been here before, so I guess we'll just have to count on luck." she remarked mischeviously.

i look at her. yeha im fine, but luck these days isnt mostly good even here.i looked straight again,*how can she see through me like that, she cant read minds or she wouldnt even be near me.i know i cant be that transparent can i?.no i have training for that surely i havent let my guard down*. i look around wondering if lin-sat sent any soldiers to check on me,* no surely he wouldnt have, he knows i dont like it if people get in my way , he wouldnt risk getting his men killed just for nothing* i still couldnt shake the feeling that someonewas in the city, *who ever they are they better not give me away*. i glanced at her then straight ahead, so what do you want to do, perhaps we will think of somewhere to go if weh had something in mind..

I walk upstairs to Kith's office, but he is not there. He must have heard the commotion down stairs and left to investigate. I will not stay here long, only long enough to get healed. I have work to catch up on in Beijing and I did not ask for permission to leave.

I should have helped, but I didn't. I am sorry." Why couldn't I do it? Why did I have to fail her after I just had proclaimed my love for her? Her wounds began to heal.
