I page through the safety manual book. This must be the craziest thing I've ever done! To just up and leave for a vacation? What will everyone think? They might think I've gone insane!

I give him a strange look. Who on earth would have sent him after me? One of my father's supporters?

Quan takes a step closer to Hope, raising his head. Though he is looking at Hope straight on his hat brim still covers his upper face, his eyes.

I just want to break off from the group and go on my own. I surely don't want another guy as a travel companion. Three of them is enough! Anyway, this guy seems at least half way decent. I don't want him to be influenced by the others into becoming a normal, idiotic guy like them. He could teach the others a thing or two about manners.....

Quan nods slowly. Catching the reins he swings up onto the horse's back. The horse rears but Quan slides to the saddle and ctaches up the reins again.
"As thou hath commanded m'Lady," he says, the horse still back on it's hind legs. Quan turns the horse, turning the in other direction, "I shalt return when thou dost require me. I'll be checking up."
With that he spurs his horse, "YA!" The horse hit a dead gallop, vanishing into the cloud of dust it throws up. WHen the dust clears the horse and rider are gone.

TI think to myself...is Genki gay? I suppose it doesn't really matter. I am liberal minded about such things. I might ask him sometime, but not now.

Zex and Lemminkainen are talking amongst themselves. I walk and talk with Genki, who I get along with the best out of the three of them.

I look at Genki. Is he infatuated with him? That would be a little strange.

Genki looks somewhat sad. Perhaps he is gay, and people haven't been very accepting of him.

i like walk over to hope and genki. they've been hanging back by themselves. they seem to be hitting it off. htat's really cool. i've never seen Genki interested in a girl before.
"Whatcha two doin' back there? I better keep an eye on you two, ha!"
I slap Genki on the back and laugh.
