Some distance away Quan straightens Jewel's saddle and swings up. Suddenly Jewel rears back and Quan has to hold the reins tight to say in his seat.
"Whoa! Whoa, Jewel."
He searches the trees, searching for the source of Jewel's alarm. Then he feels something... still a ways off but something that doesn't feel good at all. After that stranger in the night Quan was extra worried out this.
"Whoa, I sense it too boy." He pats the horse's neck. He looks towards Hope's camp. The group was too far away to see but he know they were in that direction.
Quan didn't know what to do. He would ride out to meet the... whatever he felt but it could move around him and strike at the camp. He couldn't go into the camp, they were surly awake by now and Hope wanted his existance a secret... except for Genki.
Jewel steps about restlessly as Quan tries to think of what to do.

While my charming male travel companions were busy arguing amongst themselve, I wrote a note to them and set it by the egg. I will leave Zex my egg so he can go on with his quest. It is now time for me to go off on my own.
I am not someone who needs to be protected. Yes, I may be weak, but I am smart and rational. That alone can save me from a lot of trouble. I will not tolerate being under-rated as a human being just because I am a woman. I did not ask for their protection nor do I need it. If anything, they need protection.
I walk off by myself. I can still hear them squabbling with one another. How long will it be before they even notice that I am gone?

At the edge of the camp something explodes, a dull thud followed by a wave of heat, then the shockwave. A massive tree falls across the center of the camp, smashing th remains of the fire.
Quan, his riding cloak flailing in the wind, comes flying after the tree. Half way across the camp he rolls in the air, coming upright an hovering a few feet from the ground.
He locks his hands and raises them over his head. A ball of energy builds before his hands and he slams them down and forward, "Firestorm!"
A rolling blast of firy power leaves Quan's hands and slams against something at the edge of the trees. After a few moments it moves into the camp. A great thing of stone, it's outer skin covered with blck burns. It vaguly resembles a man, standing on two legs with great arms like some stone monkey.
Quan curses then looks over at the other three and shakes his head. "The servents of the Kegai are upon you! Help me or run!"
Turning back to the Golem Quan shouts something in some forgotten tounge and snaps out his right hand, a blade of blazing energy leaping from it. He sails forward, flying along the ground, hand drawn back to strike.

Gregory stops what he's doing, the earth before him stopping it's motion, only half sealed.
Timithy looks up from his work, the grass slowing it's growth.
"What's up man?"
"Something wrong?" Askes Flask, looking up from his hot spring in work.
Gregory nods slowly, "The Golem I sent to relay a message to the Earth Egg Holder has encountered someone... some guy in white. It wants orders."
Flask jumps up, "I know that guy! Kill him, he's dangerous to us!"
"Right, right." Kill the One in White... Find the Bearer of the Earth Egg, let none stop you.
Miles and miles away the Golem groans, moving forward slowly, raising it's huge clud arms, ready to attack.

In a small opera house the sound of clapping is heard. A tall pale man, dressed in white clothes bows before the audiance. " Thank you, for coming to watch The Wedding of Figaro, please come again." The people leave the opera and the actors leave to thier homes, exept for the tall man. He walks out to a cliff and hums to himself.He blinks once then he says," Its so peacful here if the rest of the world was like this i wouldn't done all that i've done." He jumps off the cliff and bursts into a silver liquid that floats over the water and onto some more land. He comes back together into a human form and begins to walk through some forest.
