Bassarov sees another person slip into the cafe. He seems to be eavesdropping. He might be a Red Infinity spy.
"I can't tell you about my plans here..."
Bassarov and Hope leave the cafe, leaving Quan JI and the mysterious stranger.
"I have many plans Hope. But it all boils down to one thing. As long as Lin-Sat is alive, Red Infinity can not be brought down. But it would be impossible to assassinate him. Many have tried and they all end up the same...dead. Someday I might try to fight Lin-Sat, but right now, I don't have any hope of even coming close to defeating him. So, all we can do is raise public and support, so when the day comes when Lin-sat is no more, there will be public support for a new regime." Bassarov says as they walk thruogh the village.
