Bassarov searches amongst the rubble for Kaieka. She is not there. He scowers the city for her, finally finding her back at the filmshop. He is pleased to see that she wasn't caught in the explosion. She seems tense to see him. He guesses that this is because the last time that she did, he was a very large, black, man-eating demon. He might have to explain that.

i look at her, no you can send him away or up to me, im not sure what he wants to talk about and i do keep some stuff from even you, but only stuff i dont think you'd want to know, otherwise you know everything about me..

I return to my office and tell Doreamon that Lin-Sat does not wish to speak to him. I also call the League of the Godless. I tell them to send Moira after Chastity.
With my work done, I collect some files and put on a coar.
Time to go home.

i sigh as she leaves, *san-zun*, a portal opens and i see riku and his new friends looking for bassarov, the image changes and i see bassarov with kaieka at a film store, not knowing that the others were looking for him, it changes again and i see kith waiting in the forest outside of the villa that riku was recently staying at. it changes and i see hope. i stop it and look at the image. she was with some others. i lean back / it seems bassarov meeting her had a bigger effect then i thought it would, i should send someone to look into it, probably kith, he seems like he wasnt doing anything,. at least anything i told him to. but i think i should send someone else. oh well she isnt doing much right now.. i change the image again and see cathlin and the elfs sitting together at their apartment. i guess that is another thing i should look into personally. i close the portal. i stand up and teleport to violets office. you leaving?/

i look at her. ok, then i guess we should go.i teleport us to her house. i glance around, i dont know why but it feels like something is trying to keep me away from, i guess it was the talasmins, they were to prevent any harm coming to her and her house. but i wasnt a threat it must have been kuro they were trying to keep out, but they werent that strong. i look back at her

Peter clips his pen into his notebook. Hope and her friends are out for the day, " doing good works". So far she's not the revelutionary that the report from base said.
However, the report was interesting. No records of a Hope Dayspring were present in the gene banks. She shared Dr. Daysprings name and appeared to be his daughter but there was no record of birth and no genetics to work with so it was impossilbe to tell.
That alone was not so strange, alot of people weren't in the gene banks because there was no need for them. She might just have avoided notice or attention for years now.
None the less this was beginning to become tiresome. He had left ID for the hotel owner to contact him, fake of course. He left the name Jake O'Dell behind as well, more people then need be already knew his real name.
If Hope came back then he'd be in contact. There were other matters to attend to, he couldn't wait around all day.
