Suzumi smiled, "I'm alright, thanks for the offer though." 'I wonder about these two new people...they seem nice enough.'

Suzumi shook her head. "Nope, I don't." She glanced over to the girl, who she assumed was Kaze. "You have any ideas?"

Asher shrugs. "Well, you know Vampire Hunters these days, they never finish a job. The fool staked me sure enough but he failed to recon with Venture fortituade. I was stook to that wall for a long time sure enough but I got loose."
He smiles, "By God it's good to see you again Quan. But you've changed. My how you've changed. Check out your new cloths. And the glasses are very nice, nice indeed."
Asher blinks, "Wait, what are you doing here? Your not here for one of Hope's friends are you?"

Suzumi fought to keep a straight face, a herculean task. "Unless you have any better ideas." She attempted to disguise her snickers as coughs, with very little success. She had just recalled something quite humorous. 'Funny how something always happens after he says that...'

Suzumi retorted,"I suppose not, but I'll ask anyway. Such as?" She grinned with a hint of mischief, and inwardly groaned, recalling very similar conversations...

Suzumi sweatdropped, suddenly confused as to what he was talking about..."Too late for what?" She merely blinked, completely bewildered. 'What does it being dark outside have anything to do with this?'

Suzumi rose and followed Riku into the kitchen, where they couldn't be overheard. She grinned, then shook her head. "You're a horrible liar. Why don't you tell me what you were going to say?" She surveyed him calmly, awaiting a reply of some sort.

i have no reason to lie, maybe i am terrible at telling the truth.. i set my glass done and looked at her. what do you think i was going to say?, if you think i was lieing then you must have thought what i was going to say already.

Suzumi glanced up at him and shrugged. "Just the way you said it, gave me the impression that you weren't thinking of going to the movies, although I may be completely wrong. And if you don't want to say anything, it's fine. I'd just prefer to hear it from you than be making something up myself." She smiled, then turned to leave the kitchen.
