i glance at him. "dont think you know her well, she isnt a mortal, we think and act differently...". i look back at her . "no... i dont drink or eat anything, even when im in my human form...". i glance at him then follow swan, we werent allow, the whole house was filled with people. i catch up to her. "mind if i watch?"

Immortal or not, human or not, no emotions... like hell! I can smell it on him. This complicates things somewhat... can't kill him, it'd look too strange. That and he can't die. Still, he's got the better shot, he's closer to what she is.
Maybe I should step back, let nature run it course, just bow out gracefully.

I do not feel self concoius having him watch, since many people have watched me do this. I continue the routine for a while longer. When I am satisfied, I slip off my pointe shoes, which have mutilated and calloused my feet. My white pointe shoes are bloody inside.
