"Cool.Looks like Miss Dayspring has a crush through on the angel dude."Sara says while pulling her sword out of the ground.

"So you are a traitor, are you. After you were raised by us, you would betray us..the only family you ever had. We do not tolerate traitors. You know that, working all these years at the Ministry of Terror. Which reminds me. I have a mission for you, my dear traitorous dark elf. I want you to kill a traitor in our midst. She works for the Ministry of Science...a botanist there. Her name...is Miss Rose."

Kaschei smirks a little at the wide and sad eyes of the tortured drow.

"Maybe when you complete this mission, you will rediscover your purpose here....if not, you will share in her fate... you are dismissed, Kith Keitoleinen."

[Hope98]

"Oh no....you are completely mistaken. I am far to busy and focused to even think along those lines...yes. Well, then....that is a nice sword. Would you like to test your skills against me....for fun?"

I feel a little embarassed that she would think that.

"By the way...why do you think that I have a crush on him. I am not acting strangely am I?"

Quan slams his head into a tree, grunting as the wood buckles under the assault.

"Give it up! Never!"

His right hand blazes with black fire, his left white. "This ends now!"

He slams his hands together.

When the flash fades Quan Xu shakes his head, opening his eyes and sitting up. He laughs, "I don't hear you! Looks like..."

He jerks his head left. Quan Ji is sitting up as well, his white clothing spotless.

"How did..."

"I get out? Don't know."

"Well, this will make killing you easy."

Both stand facing each other.

"Kill me? We shall see." This is not good. I'm to weak.

Something in the woods snaps and a blur of white whips across the field. Quan Ji grabs hold and is jerked from the clearing.

"Jewel? Oh thank God. Come on, we have to find Hope..."

Quan Xu watches the other horse ride off and smiles.

"Oh well, another time." He walks over to Onyx and swings up, "Best get back to Omadon."

"Nah,its just shorta seemed like it to me.Anways I would love a fight,but I might not be so good snice I havn't trained in a while so my sword is like a ton."Sara says while lefting her sword.

My heart drops. Murder, one of our own...again. I can not do this. I must protest.

"This is wrong. I refuse...."

I look over at Cal, who has wandered off. He seems very bored with all of us. I suppose he is used to battles.

I take the list from Bassarov and examine it.

"Thank you... I have something I should of you ask as well."

I take Bassarov aside where Toivo can't hear.

"We should find some time for ourselves before getting too far... We've both been so busy."

[Kaschei]

"No, I am afraid that there is no good in me. Too bad. Now kill her, or we will kill you. I wouldn't mind binding a new spell book in drow skin. It is so soft to the touch."

Kaschei laughs heartily, and teleports to his study, where he laughs even harder. He opens a spell book and begins his daily ritual of intense concentration.

He leaves me to the company of the shadows in his office. I will complete this mission. Each mission is another way to suffer, and the more I suffer, the more I desire to leave.

I will leave.

Bassarov feels less drained by his responsibilties for the rebels.

Bassarov has no intention of discussing anything of this nature, but he does like to make things sound official. Perhaps he feels less guilty taking time off, as long as he pretends it is for something purposeful.

i smile and kiss her back, tasting her tears as i do so((gee this seems familiar -.- lol)), i stand up and get our clothes i hand her her's and start putting mine on. i finish and wait for her. the stuff is alreay put away. maybe that is something we could do.
