The blast hits me in the chest. I fall back and hit my head on the floor. Okay, that's it. She trashed my fave shirt. The one with the hugest american flag.

All hell broke loose around her, as Misery attacked Dinari and the guests of the party started to drop over dead. It seems that Misery must have been given the same mission as her, which did not please her one bit. What sort of imbicile sends two agents to do the same job without telling them? She walked away from the mess, the black stilleto heals clicking staccato rhythms into the floor.
she walked amidst people lying on the floor, spasming. She walked in between people fighting eachother, people screaming and running about. She walked up the tall staircase and into Dinari's room. She gathered her belongings into her briefcase, watered the plants and turned around. Down the stairs she went, past the frightened guests, and out the front door.
She was angry. Angry at Red Infinity for sending her on a pointless mission, and angry at Misery for being such a b'itch. Oh well, She pulled the rose from her hair, letting it fall like a red avalanche down her back. She then got in a pretty, red sportscar, used the stem of the flower, bidding it to do her will, to slip into the ignition and start the car, and drove away. Perhaps she would spend a few days in Capitol City, but probably not. There was no nature there, it was all concrete and metal and glass. No, she would go back to the hotel room, pack her things, board a plane, and go back to her lab... back to her wonderful plants. Plants were the only creatures that gave a d'amn about anyone anyway. They were always kind and well behaved... She smiled. Well, most plants.
The red car sped off down the road toward her hotel. Soon she would be back where she belonged.

I put up my energy shield, which deflects Mark's Bullets and Dinari's blast. I use my super speed to get behind Dinari. I elbow him in the back of the neck. He falls to the ground. I turn my attention to Alexander. I use my super speed to meet him face to face. I slide my hand along his epee's blade, then snap the thin blade in half. "You'll have to do better than that, rich boy."

the bullet goees throught chaos's shoulder and i turn to misery and fire agian. your shield wont help that much... once you weaken some it will go through it

I wake up with a start. What a dream I just had! I dreamed that Aries had come into the kitchen, and that I had run to meet him, that I had thrown my arms around his neck to hug him. I sit up in bed, it had been so realistic.
I rub the back of my neck, and something catches my eye. There is someone in the room. I pull the covers up quickly to my neck. It is dark, the rain still pounds on the building, the wind still shakes the walls. I cannot make out who the dark form in the corner is.
"Hello, can... can I help you?"

Kaschei encounters Genovia headed toward his office. "Your practice mission will be to deal with some anarchists, Antero Black and Sasha Kropotkin. When you have done this, you will be ready to fight Hope."
He leaves the Ursarian and goes down to Kith's office.
"Go with Genovia to deal with the anarchists..."

Kaschei steps out of his office to speak to some unimportant figures. When he returns, Louhi regards the sorcerer sternly. She does not trust the man before her, nor does she like him in anyway. She despises him and cannot wait until she has no more need of him, so that she can destroy him.
"Kaschei, I can hardly imagine how you do not yet possess the Kampa, if two such powerful people such as yourself and Lady Violet are searching for it. I expect you will find it soon, what with your magical prowess. Be sure to let me know the minute you do."
Louhi was not in the mood for idle chatter with meaningless individuals. She wanted to create havoc, to kill and destroy the pittiful creatures of this horrid little planet.

"I shall do so, my great queen of darkness. Trust me, we shall soon have it..." Kaschei smiles, then bows his head to the goddess. He goes to his study, then grimaces in hatred.

The figure approaches me in the darkness and I am frightened. I get out of bed, standing, not knowing what to do. He gets closer, and my body shrinks away from him. I shut my eyes and can feel him near me. In a flash of lightning, I open my eyes to see Aries standing before me. He takes me in his arms. I relax in the embrace, relieved that it is a friend in my room, instead of someone with bad intentions.
"Aries, I have missed you too. Peter left. I have felt so alone. I... I know I shouldn't feel that way, but...
I am so glad to see you."
I lean my head against his chest. It is indeed good to see a familiar face. I step out of his arms and sit down on my bed. I feel a little embarrased that Aries is seeing me in my nightgown, but he is a friend, I am sure that he doesn't mind.
I smile as I look at him.
"The strangest thing... I just had a dream about you, that you were here with me. And then I wake up... and you are here. It must be providence."

Mark's bullet went through Chaos's shoulder and I was able to break free. After punching Chaos's face, I ran over to Mark.

Alexander takes off the glove of the hand holding his broken epee, turning it into gold, and throws it at Misery. She dodges it no problem, and the epee goes flying into Chaos's shoulder, turning him into gold. The buzzing appliances fall to the ground.
Alex gets flustered with Misery, and knows full well that he can't defeat her, but tries to anyways. He picks up a chair with his Midas hand, turning it into gold, and swings it in the general direction of where Misery is standing. She jumps out of the way, and the chair hits the floor with a hard clang.

I see Chaos turn to gold, this is not good.
Mark is shooting at me.
"Listen dumb a'ss, Kachei sent me here to deal with the capitalist problem. So stop firing at me you crazy f'uck."
I run along the walls and get behind Alexander, I jump onto his back, and twist my legs around his neck to suffocate him. He gasps for air, his face turning blue.
His arms reach for me, I grab his wrists so he can not turn me into gold. I enclose my legs tighter around him, until I hear a snap.
"Come on rich boy, give up, or you'll die...."

I threw my bullets of fire at Misery. I had no idea who the guy that she was suffocating was, but I still felt like I needed to help.

Pinned under Misery's weight, Alexander gets irritated, and begins to try and suck something up with his hand of greed. A wind tunnel is formed, and he sucks up a big fossilized stegosaurus bone that was hanging on Dinari's wall. He swings it around blindly, and eventually exhausts himself, and passes out from lack of oxygen.
...D'amned communists...
