Virgil smiles. "Of course, I should have seen that coming." The Hunter steps forward and holds out his hand.
A red light blazes out of his hand and a huge sword appears, cresent blade rimmed and lines with metal worked to look liek flesh and a great eye at the hilt.
"I best get to that then."

"Well don't hurt them too much when you kill them, they are my friends you know..." I am almost done repairing the space craft. Since I am a total genius it takes me no time at all.
"Hey Juri, you can have the craft and the repairs for free, but you should meet my friend Hope and the other rebels. We need more people to join us."

i walk deep into the woods and see Zex.

"Ah, you mustbe Genki then." Virgil nods at the boy, "Hello." He snaps the sword out to his side and the blade snaps up and away from the main bar, forming a huge scyth. "And goodbye."
Virgil snakes his arm back and whips the weapon forward. The scyth spins into a great bladed disk and cuts through the air at alarming speed, straight of Genki's head.

i duck and his disc? misses me.
I teleport behind him and put my hands over his eyes.
"Let's Be Friends!" This attack makes the attacker instantly a friend of mine. I hope it works. sheeesshh, what is this all about....

Virgil reachs over his should and catches Genki by the back of his neck, lifting the smaller man up and over his shoulders.
He holds him at eyes height, staring into his face. He holds out his free hand and catches the whirling scythe in it without looking. The weapon snaps down again, becoming a sword, which Virgil slings over his back.
"Oh, but we are friends. Didn't anyone tell you? I'm delightfully mad you see. Nothing can control my mind, not even me." A knife appears in Virgil's free hand and he raises it to eye level as well. "But we're friends, of course we are. Which is why I have to prevent you from doing something extremely unkind. Now, if you'll kindly hold still this will only take a moment.." He draws the knife back, lining it up horzontally with Genki's left eye.

I hear some commotion in the forest ahead so I run to it. I see a man violently attacking Genki. It is one of those apolitical LIF b'astards. That makes my blood boil.
"What is the meaning of this, attacking an innocent pacifist like Genki. You should be ashamed of yourself. How can you claim to protect the innocent when you do these attrocious things!!"

She is confused. She doesn't know what to say. SHe puts on her cloak.
"I believe you because i am a full demon and not just half but why? I will go with you to a special place i found. I must gather herbs and grave soil anyway." She begins to walk to the old cemetary. "And i will talk to whomever i can to make sure you are not seen as a traitor. You are not are you. I mean you are still for us?"

When Hope arrives I get the feeling that I will soon be in deep sh'it trouble....
Luckily I am done fixing the space ship. I pull Juri inside and start it up.
"See you later, losers!!"
We blast off, zooming through Earth's atmosphere into the deep black ocean of space. I laugh as Earth becomes farther away/
"Hey Juri, the repairs worked. Cool! So where do you want to go? I always wanted to see a black hole..even though that is really dangerous and stupid to try to get close. But who cares! What is life but an adventure!!"

Virgil watches Zex leave, ignoring Hope. He looks at Genki, tiltng his head. "You have some weird friends kid. Even if you do go monkey nuts in the future I figured he'd at least try and help you. He must not like you much."
Finally he looks towards Hope. "Be with you in a second." He draws back the knife again.

Virgil blinks and looks around. "Little bleeder done gave me the slip. Oh well, I'll chase him down soon enough." He turns to Hope, the knife vanishing. His hand reach up to rest on the hilt of his sword, "I suppose your going to try and teach me a leason?"

I cross my arms and feel a little confused by Zex's sudden departure. I wonder if he will come back. Something tells me that he will.
